Best supplements while on cycle?

I can look on the internet all day long I am sure to to find out what makes the most sense to take while on cycle. Any cycle weather it would be just test or multiple compounds. I am asking the fine minds here what you use and why.
Vitamins and minerals
BCAAs
Whey
Casein
Creatine
Etc....
There are things I take on a daily basis anyway like fish oil, a super food drink mix, ubiquinol to keep BP down and milk thistle. I wait to start creatine when pct starts.
I love hearing what vets have to say about OTC additions you all incorporate in your regime and why.
Also if there is anything you have used for a particular reason and saw zero effects from it.

I would recommend Cholesterol Pro by "Now" and maybe some Red Yeast Rice (this brand (Nature's Sunshine) actually was tested to contain some natural lovastatin (low dose of course). If you look up "Bergamot Extract" in Cholesterol Pro, there are some nice new findings about how it helps lipids...

For liver, research "TUDCA" (Olympus Labs), also in the product called "Damage Control" by LGI.
Health support supps should be a must...

I used to spend $110.00 for 10lbs of WPI, which gave me 75 servings of a top choice amino acid profile at 54g/serving. It was 244 calories, 6g of carbs and <2g of fat. Believe it, or not, i invested that same 100 in a variety of foods and broke a plateau in strength, weight and eventually size. As far as vitamins and other supps, i run two liver supps daily, along with super b complex, selenium, 1000 units of E, 320 of Saw Palmetto, Papaya, multi vitamin, 2000mg vit c, acidophilus, and a low dose glucosamine chondroitin msm combo. 2 grams of arginine with strong green tea, honey and milk prior to any workout.

Yep...i feel it too....the right amount of food is like the best antidepressant....and its not even a pill...love it...lol. Smile
