bcaa or whey protein
ad
Hello guys,
me and my sister recently decided to take supplements, to be more precise we are interested in bcaa or whey protein. But we have a very little knowledge on this area, so we have no other option the internet. As a result we had found an article bcaa vs whey protein which gives some explanations.
Anyone here who had experience with these both suplements? Can you share your own experience with us please?

Bcaa's have zero science to back it up and is basically useless in supplemental form. Whey at least has a good amount of research behind it and it is convenient and rapidly absorbed.
Ok, BCAA or WHEY???
Here is an advice, save your money and buy some more eggs, some fish, chicken etc, this will benefit your body way more than food supplements
End of story, don’t get cought in supplement companies marketing trap, they are doing a great job but we have to be smarter.
DymexTotally agree with you. Food is always better than any supplement.
No it isn't - Food AND Supplements combined get the optimal results.
Personally I don’t take either. I avid anything processed or bolt n a lab.
Imo if you want to buy extra aminos buy eeas but not bcaas. Eaas are much better than bcaas but normal meals should always come first
I only drink a whey protein shake first thing in the morning just to get something in me while my stomach is "waking up" then eat within an hour. Bcaa I drink while I lift, I honestly think they work much better for women then man.. don't ask me why, I don't know. But they taste good with the arginine I put in my water..so I drink them.
You and your sister obviously need mucho research. Keep having at it for a long time especially before considering compounds.
In regards to this specific question.
Whey all day and never bcaas.
Have a nice day
If you have your Marcos on point no need for protein shake but if you don’t then add protein shake for short periods of time would be good idea
Nothing compared to real food period
I thought eaa is in now adays.
I agree whole foods are defiantly the way to go but I also use both..I use the bcaa pre workout because I prefer to not have a full stomach when I work out.. its usually2 to3 hours between the last meal and the gym... and I use whey right when I'm done at the gym then eat a meal about an hour later..bcaa are great for things like fasted cardio etc as it helps preserve lean muscle mass when fasted.. whey is a fast acting protein and is digested in an hour or so that's the idea behind the post workout shake to get that protein in ya and into the muscles ASAP to prevent muscle wasting and promote growth after lifting.. hope this helps
If your diet is right supplementing shouldn't be needed. Stairmasters got you below real meals!
Both is wasted money, real meals make u big!
Agreed...
Heaze2016Most whey proteins have bcaa in it, so why buy the bcaa separately ? The article explains it all. And you don't need supplements for protein, just pick your meals properly. Chicken,Turkey, yogurt, rice etc etc all contain plenty of protein.
