Animal packs enough vitimins while on a cycle?

ad

Are animal packs enough vitimins to have daily while on a cycle, or is there any vitimins you would add in that are missing from animal packs??

Certain vitamins such as B are made not so well and like casein can be harder on the body to secrete from the body (im not sure about animal but low quality vitamins are not good, choose them well),

I wld take bio-kult (bros eat lots of carbs this encourages bad bacteria this will keep it level orals also upset this balance), blue ice fish oil (A and D EFA's) will help get enough calcium in which athletes lack because it is used in contraction, coconut oil (anti oxident), I wld also take celtic sea salt which has other minerals for contraction do not use for cutting has sodium. Vitamin C is a hard one i guess, just eat blueberries with your oats, flax seed creates a lil pie.

B is synthesized by the body but is also abundant in meat: steak, mince. As long as the macro nutrients are correct you will get all the vitamins you need. Maltodextrin ingredient is also highly processed. I think a good source of milk thistle is also a given.

I love animal pack except it dehydrate the hell out of me. I have to drink a lot more water when I take them.
I'm thinking about opti men because they are a lot cheaper.

Animal pack is a great multi v but you should still take your fish oil, liver support etc...

Animal Pack is prolly one of the best vitamin packs in the world. Its more than a vitamin pack. I usually stick to Animal pack or Opti-Men by Optimum Nutrition. I love Universal and Optimum. In my opinion, they make the best supps ever.

i would think so. theyre a shit load of horse pills in those packs (speaking figuratively). i have a canister here next to me. says it has 500mg of milk thistle and something called uni-liver. wonder if it does the liver any good if running orals.

Depends on the orals in question and how harsh they are on the liver. 500mg milk thistle is a pretty decent liver support though.

The uni-liver pill in the pack is dessicated argintinian beef liver. Argintinian have laws protecting their beef from steroids, hormones, or pesticides the deteriorate the quality of the meat from the cow. 1 pill prolly wont do anything since universal sells uni-liver as a stand alone supplement and recomends 2-6 pills per meal x 6 meals a day. Its an old time supplement that was widely used by bodybuilders back in the day but is one of those important supplents that has been somewhat forgoten. Its very high in heme iron, riboflavin, folic acid and B12 and has a wide variety of amino acids. I used it for a while with a noticable difference, it helped me with energy, stamina, and helped add some protein in throughout the day too. Its prolly good to run with AAS but I dont think it does anything to help protect your liver while on cycle.
