im looking to do a cycle for maximal strength gains what would you recommend for ml and length?
im a powerlifter so looks mean nothing to me i just like being big and strong and im looking to do some damage in my next comp but im looking for a few different ideas to run.
the best so far ive used is 750ml test e and 100mg anadrol that got me joocey and strong as a ox!

Food is your best option for strength...
Nobody’s going to give you “the eroids super secret strength cycle” because it doesn’t exist. And you’re 25 and have been on cycle since 21 without posting, not smart.
Joocey pugim not looking for a secret cycle im just asking opinions on which people like?
from what i get there is way to much negativity on this site
If you were going about things the right way I assure you people would chime in with good information for diet, training, and yes aas preferences but you’re not
And on your first post I was much nicer about it, still not really being an ass, I’m actually trying to help you out honestly. Can’t make you listen
We are not negative we are realists. As soon as you mature more you will understand. Steroids do not make you big and "joocey." Training and diet and rest do that. But since all you have on your brain is drugs drugs drugs you are missing the point. We are brutally honest here and for someone who claims to be big and strong you sure can't take constructive criticism. Maybe something else is "joocey?"
your training cycle, nutrition, and rest are going to dictate better gains than gear. Gear is a tool that by itself isn't going to do a whole lot unless you've got your other shit together.
So the 500 reps of potato chips on the couch isn't gonna help me? It's all about volume right?
depends on the brand of potato chips... and ... you must also add cheese puffs, wear a plaid flannel shirt sitting on your mommas couch in the basement...
I try to stay away from cheese puffs. I find they get my controller all messy
LOL that's what the plaid flannel shirt is for
A lot of it has to do with workout techniques and nutrition. It takes more than juice make a powerlifter. It takes grueling squats and deadlifts!
Joocey pugi totally agree with you im not expert on everythig ive been powerlifting for 7 years now and i would say my technique is good for my leverages and size and height, ive put myself through some horrible workouts shitting, puking, bleeding its apart of the game and i love it, thanks for the reply
If your shitting puking and bleeding during training, you're doing it wrong. That's supposed to happen at a contest not at the gym. Ever heard of the word called "Plateau?" Because that's where you are. Change your training and diet plan you hit a brick wall that aas is not going to overcome no matter how much you take.
Joocey pugthats not whats happening trust me, i was doing that on 290kg squats during prep i ended up hitting 330+ on the day its not a plateau its just what happens when i force my body to continue, if nobody ever bled in the gym then how would they know where there at on max lifts? i know exactly when my body plateaus and this defiantly isnt it, sometimes its due to lack of food and pushing to hard and being sick during preps
Christ it sounds like your training sessions are awful - can't say I've ever shit myself or puked during one. Bled from shin scrapes but that's all. I wouldn't say that bleeding is a good indicator of a good PR either. If your getting nose bleeds your blood pressure is obviously too high from running too much gear or your fitness is out of whack.
if you haven't shit yourself then you must not be lifting heavy enough ...;-)
Is he really being serious there - do people actually shit themselves when doing squats etc? I mean I've seen relapsed arses so I guess there could be some truth in it lol
I never shit myself but I certainly did projectile vomiting at a meet. Never during training. 85% 1rm and I shit myself I have other issues no homo.
I've heard stories but haven't seen it. I ve seen some nasty projectile vomiting during dead lifting though
Do people tend to do that at meets because of all the orals in their stomach or is it nerves?
what? LOL really.. you've never competed then.... the amount of adrenaline is incredible ...
All that's important to me is beating my own numbers month on month and progressing, that's who I'm competing against ultimately. Beating someone in a competition on a certain day of the year does nothing at all for me, despite a trophy on the mantelpiece.
I think if you speak to the majority of power lifters they would say the same. i compete to further my own numbers do I like winning .. yes I do.. but at the end of the day my only concern is did i make any progress towards my own goals
jayiski am the same way. i have never been into competitive sports. But from people i have talked to that do compete in PL that do talk a lot about the adrenaline and the support of the crowd.
not only may they puke but they get so psyched by the supportive/positive environment they hit bigger numbers then they thought they could.
I can understand it where you are playing directly against another individual such as tennis or a team sport where you actually need them to play the game, but to me BBing and powerlifting are completely different. They are more individual based and to me also much more rewarding when you 'better' yourself. Your competitor could be off form and weak on the day, does that mean you are stronger than them? No.
again you miss the point of power lifting and the community is there friendly competition between the people yes but it really is about hitting your own numbers and reaching your goals. the atmosphere is such that you can not even replicate it in the gym ... generally I can add a good ten to fifteen percent to my max gym lifts that I would probably get eventually get in the gym but with the crowd and the adrenaline it is a better lift than gear.
if you have trained properly and you're on your game you are going to hit some good numbers. I like it because when I do that my gym numbers change and I am constantly over reaching to hit my new volume and percentages... it makes me stronger in the end ..
bb is NOTHING like power lifting from the community on up and I would choose the power lifting community over the bbers EVERY single time
No, why?
RustyhookerAdrenaline bro. It hits so hard and fast.....volcano time.
LOL Bro
bro that earlier was just a joke, You gotta know I didn't mean any real offense by it.
My popper made me do it and the fact I was squatting 600 for the second time ever at the time. This was not on cycle. some of the guys said make sure you have an empty stomach or it's bound to happen I did it one other time deadlifting but I was coming down with a cold.
You have all the answers what could we possibly help you with?
Completely agree with you there. I have an all natural friend that’s a power lifter and the way he trains and lives is completely different than mine. But I’m also aiming for a size and he’s aiming for weight.
PcushionStrength comes with time...
Joocey pugit sure does! ive been lifting for over 10 years and powerlifting for 7 years
What do your lifts look like currently after that cycle?
Joocey pug350kg squat 200kg bench and 310kg deadlift i weighed 122kg at the time of that cycle and only 23
And cocky with it too, I weigh 37 kg's less and bench more than you. Something doesn't add up to me with the comments you are coming out with...
Joocey pugim not cocky im far from it, i dont mean to come across like a cocky prick and tbf if you bench more at a lighter bodyweight you should think about competing, there is a bench only category.
PcushionYou really need to listen to Press’s advice he is big into powerlifting and experienced I all aspects. My advice at this point is to try and humble yourself and maybe approach the situation again. Your rub him the wrong way you lost a very solid person to get advice from. As for the “negativity” it’s only negativity if you perceive it that way. Fact is we don’t condone the use of AAS under 25. We are going to tell you the truth. Not one person here wants it on our conscience that we co-signed someone underage and contributed to imposing negativity on their health. Lots of forums out there that will help throw the whole medicine cabinet into your life. You don’t want to listen to our advice that’s fine you can find another site. You want people who will point you in the direction of a safer way to do things then quite trying to justify yourself and think about the things we are telling you .
He will most likely just delete this again... then in a day or two, post a new forum same question with age 30+
Unfortunately he doesn’t get the damage he’s doing @25 running 19nors n most likely not posting out
Joocey pugmy account got deleted for no reason otherwise i would reply,
and for the damage side it means nothing to me for the moment im living in the moment and enjoying my sport hoping to achieve something with my mentally its do or die so side effects and long term ive come to accept it all. i know pretty stupid but thats me i choose something and i dedicate to that one thing.
“Pretty stupid but that’s me...”
I’d say good luck wise up but you wouldn’t listen either way, have a good day
Age: 25
Bf: ?
Pretty sure you posted this before then delete under a different account, stating you’ve done many cycles.
what is your cycle history being you’re 25?
Like I told you the last time you posted this, 25 and doing cycles non stop (you stated 19nors and 100mg of Adrol I believe) isn’t going to be a good out come, you should just try a long PCT search it here and good luck on your PCT
Joocey pugyeah for some reason my other account got deleted i have no idea why but bf i have no idea its possible 20-30% not gonna lie, but like i said im not into looking pretty just yet, and i started cycles around 4 years back due to personal choices and goals set at the time it was do or die in my mentality so i started steroids.
1st cycle was test e 500mg & 25mg dbol a day i ran that for 12 weeks got me to 300kg squat and 180kg bench press
2nd cycle was the same but upped dbol to 35mg due to a comp
3rd cycle i used 750mg test e and 100mg anadrol everyday for a comp
4th cycle i tried a slight cutting cycle with test and masteron and tren
and i plan on doing a long pct after this last comp, but my mentality for the sport is do or die and ive already sacrificed alot but to me its worth it all but not everyone has the same thoughts on it.
thanks for the reply
Previous cycles , huffy , BMX, he's probly too young to know what a HARO group 1 freestyle is.
he's moved up the world to a Trek
I'm not an expert on strength/power lift cycles, but in my experience Superdrol has given me the most noticeable strength gains in the past. But your already running Drol so not sure what more your looking for, other compounds that i've heard of for strength and aggression are very very Toxic.
Joocey pugive heard a fair bit about superdrol i might give it a run after some more research
thanks
