What do you think of my first cycle?

So I'm getting ready to run my first cycle and want to know what some of you think of it. I'm 27, 198 lbs, 14%BF, and have been lifting for about 4 years. I have been lurking around here and a few other places and decided it was time. My diet is ok but could use some work. Anyways this is what I was gonna run.
Test E for 12wks 500mg/wk. Injecting on mon & thurs.
Dbol for 6wks 25mg/day
Nolvadex for PCT.
I was going to use Clomid but was told by a few people I wouldn't need it. Is this true or do I need it?
What do you think I should use for an AI if anything?

Research more brotha and ull find out why its best to run only 1 compound on ur first run and, find out wat are the sides ur gonna be expecting with the compounds ur thinking of taking before u even start ut first cycle,,,, should always run standard pct man...id go with aromasin fo sho, theres no rebound after cycle and u can even take it all the way up to ur pct... just my 2 cents..
your injection times are perfect dont change that.
Bro keep it simple. Don't need anything else but test the first cycle bro. You just needn't keep ur diet and training on point and you'll grow. Plus dbol isn't conducive to lowering ur BF which should be a goal of yours
. Clomid and Nolvadex are both anti-estrogens belonging to the same group of triphenylethylene compounds. They are structurally in the same family and specifically classified as selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) they act in two ways. One is by changing up the binding capacity of the receptor, then in others they can actually act as estrogen, activating the receptor. In men, both of these drugs act as anti-estrogens in their capacity to oppose the negative feedback of estrogens on the hypothalamus and stimulate the release of GnRH (Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone). LH output by the pituitary will be increased as a result, which in turn can increase the level of testosterone produced at the testes.
That's a quick summary of why we use both Clomid and Nolvadex on a PCT. The dose has been wildly played with over the years and guys have figured out that a dose of 100/100/50/50 of clomid and 40/40/20/20 of Nolvadex has proven to work very well.
I forgot to say that having all of the ancillaries like an AI like Aromasin and your PCT meds Clomid n Nolva is a must before starting a cycle. Be prepared bro. I'd get some HCG and Letro as well since ur at it. You want all of the weapons on hand when u go to war right? Same with cycles. U need all of the weapons to fight any sides or issues that arise. Be smart and be prepared bro
If its your 1st cycle I would drop the dbol just to see how your body reacts to test. The clomid is an important part of pct dont drop it. Pct starts 15 days after last test pin. Get your diet straight and you will be good to go, the rest looks good.
Ok gonna stick with the clomid then. What size needles would you recommend? I heard to use a bigger size to draw and then a smaller to pin. Is this correct?
It is easier to draw with a bigger pin try 18g for draw and 23 or 25 for pin

How many people do this? can you really tell a difference in pain?
I use the same neelde to draw and pin.
I think just about everybody. Easier to draw out of a larger guage needle, more sanitary and the needle is sharper when brand new dulls a little going through the rubber.

I draw n pin same needle. Point pin to ceiling...let dribble oil lube pin....poke. Havent had pain or bruising. Same procedure done in hospital
56tooThat works fine if you're just pinning one compound, but if you're pinning say, three different compounds in one syringe, ouch!
Inject every 4 days
As for PCT you dont need clomid but you should use it.
Aromasin for AI you will need it.
Save the dbol for another cycle
Pct is ALWAYS clomid and nolva. Clomid starts your balls working.
