This is my first cycle and it was hard for me to find good sust from a good lab, while using a trusted source. (everyone is always out of sust!)[I say this from a researching stance, not experience]

I am 29 yrs old
6'1" 190lb
Been lifting of and on for 9 years, took 2 years off when daughter was born

I wanted to run basic sust 250 for 500mg a week for 10 weeks. I couldn't find anything in stock from labs with good reviews So I settled for sustanon 300/ml, and blast 600mg a week. (not sure if I'm allowed to post the names of labs and sources on these forums, just let me know)

I know a lot of guys will tell you to split the shots twice a week, but i also saw that a lot of the old school guys would say to just hit once a week. So I went with once a week..

Tuesday I did 600mg of sust in a 2cc shot. Everything was fine no pain or anything like that. Next day I started to feel pretty sick with flu symptoms. By Thursday I was so sick i couldn't get out of bed. I mean i have never been so sick in my life. It was obviously test flu, but the severity of it made me a bit uneasy. It was only bad for 2 days (yesterday and today, but getting better now). Injection site is good, pip is already going away so probably no infection in deep tissue.

What I really need to know is why I got so sick. I know why test flu happens but this seemed a little excessive..
Was it because I shot too much at once and if so will i adjust? Or will i have to either deal with severe flu every shot or split up my shots to 300mg twice a week?

I don't mind splitting the shots but i would prefer to do 600mg at once if i will eventually become immune.

Any advice will help a lot thank you!
