Test E and Eq
Hey guys I'm new to the forums and eroids. You can call me SS. No relation to the ww2 ss. So I've run several cycles over the years.
Done a fair amount of research before putting anything in my body. My last cycle was just test e almost six months ago. I had fair results barely running 500 mg a week. I eat clean five to six days a week, am a non smoker, don't drink often, am a avid vegatarian and pro gym enthusiast. I spend five to six days a week in the gym. Various days its cardio with strict two to three muscle group isolation through the week. I've always yielded great results with eq and test but want to maximize my results with my body type. I'm heavier build always been a large guy. I could probably eat dog shit and get big. As i get older my gains fall short of my expectations. I'm 34 and currently am in the 15 to twenty percent bmi. I want my abs back while still keeping the mass I've gained else where. I try to train core three times a week. I lack the energy to commit more time then a couple hours a day. Any dosing suggestions maybe routine changes or another stack or addition. I don't think i have the mental stability at this time to run tren ace.

Query Harris Benedict equation and calculate your BMR with and without activity. Post up an unidentifiable pic.
I read through the forum and the advice for you is spot on.
If BW reveals low t and you've been on and off AAS, then how long has it been since you've last injected exogenous test/hormones?
You've got a couple things going on here, but I think the most important one to address is your focus and concentration on what you really want goal wise.
There's 3 body types and it is possible that you can be a mix of all three. Which type(s) do you think you could be? Next, metabolism does slow down as we age. Give us an idea if you think your metabolism is fast, or slow.
Your food selections will impact your goals as well as your exercise regimens.
Stick around, keep researching and bring back the info you acquire to your forum. The advice acquired from Eroids is the best in the world! Continue building relationships here, and I can guarantee you will see the results you're looking for if you're willing to do the work!
thank you, I'm a mix between ectoendomorph. I'll figure out how to put these photos up too. My internet app is run under separate security apps so transferring the photos I have in gallery are difficult but possible. I haven't ran anything in six months. I Ran a short test e cycle pretty low dosed at 500. I think the diet change is necessity. I'll get that stuff posted. I'm really excited to have the extra help on here wether it be constructive critism or genuine reinforcement.
I've ran test stack, test Decca , test, test and eq, test and tren , test and Winstol. Volumes I've never maxed 650-800 mg on compounds about. I've always used landing gear. I'm just getting older my body is changing my diet needs to acclimate appropriately. My gym game is phenomenal I'm an avid runner, I've boxed. besides my recent test e run alil less then six months ago, its been years since I've run gear. I'm just up in arms with my next move appropriately and needed some feed back. You guys are doing great and i love the input. Kinda where I was before on forethought. My test levels came back alil low my doctor thought cream would be a good idea. I think test, eq and tren runs had me some of my best gains size shape Not gonna lie tren ace alil hard core for me though. Anything else you guys can think of I'm all ears. Gonna check out some new diet plans maybe another run at checking my bmi before I jump to conclusions. I'm my own worst critic sometimes. I could look like hulk and pick out the imperfections.

This sums up my daily diet just about everyday
Looks like a carb overload and severe protein deficiency to me. I think it would be hard to gain much quality mass or lose fat with that diet.
Any suggestions more prevalent to to my necessity not to consume more meat products
say what, 8g protein per large egg? 7/8g's?
You'd want to be eating 4 eggs per meal every single meal except pre and post workout meals so with 7 eggs both before and after workouts.
at least
Id suggest making peace with that and getting used to drinking the whites raw too.
As suspected.... diet is the culprit here.... makwa will steer you right so you’re in good hands!
With no meat, you are tying both hands behind your back. I can't really help you. I am not familiar with being a vegetarian and bodybuilding.
My only argument and I'm being completely subjectivly bias as a vegatarian. Protein is not natural to the animal that we consume. They acquired the protein through non omnivore and carnivore feeding. I'm going to have to find richer vegatables in protein and cut out sum off these grains. Meal isolation and process manipulation causes distress in your organs and circulatory system. I don't lack mass or the build. I lack definition in the stagnant portions of my body. Thankyou makwa I'm gonna definitely makes something work by tripping up my diet. It's about that time anyways with a new routine. Getting older sucks I'm not as vibrant as i was but still look forward to any challenge that comes my way. Today's a new day my friend. Kinda excited to get some new pics and everything rolling.
Any ideas, yet?
RustyhookerTheres never been a champion vegan in bodybuilding or powerlifting.
Pick a new lifestyle.
I'm not a vegan and I'm not looking to be a champion body builder
RustyhookerYour meals wont get ya there bro. Not a real need for gear to be average. Half that dose at most, fix diet and anaerobic cardio.
I read an article of an upcoming vegan body builder I'm going to try to look up if he has meal plans. Maybe I'm going to have to substitute more or find a quality vegetable protien. I'm not a vegan but I'm a lactoovo vegatarian with seldom meat consumption. I'm probably gonna have to rethink my strategy here.
Your self definitions are confusing.
You state you are vegetarian yet you contradict that statement often.
"Seldom meat consumption" is not vegetarian .
Eggs are not vegetables as well.
As other have stated, too many carbs & not enough quality protein nor healthy fats.
Compounds are not your answer. Getting your diet improved & corrected is key to achieving your goals.
Lacto ovo vegatarian. I'm not a vegan.its defined as a flexatatian under vegatarian. I'm strict on not eating red meat and processed meats at all mild tuna and chicken consumption. Non gmo pasture raised grain fed no antibiotics or steroids. I do not consume milk or dairy products yet their is dairy in everything so ild classify it as lacto not just ovo. I have no problem changing my diet to consume more protein. And will to better suit my needs.
Sixty to eighty grams of protein a day.
You should be getting 350+ grams of protein.
Do you think protein dosing so high would have adverse effects on kidney and liver. I don't want to assist the growth of cancer cells either. I'm gonna research some healthier protein isolates. Your very much right on the carbs. It has been to slow of a process. I'm gonna have to meal prep better. Are their any suggestions on sites I should look?
You are worried about the effects on your liver & kidneys from high protein diets yet have run various cycles including Tren, Deca & Winstrol - are you for real? Of course he's right on the carb front - in fact he's right on every single thing he's telling you...
growth doesn't end with muscles from protein.
Very much so! These are compounds I've ran over a 14 year span properly like medicine . Test is natural to the body maybe not the delivery system. What you fail to understand is that when you continuously eat food you bombard your system with a host of things without recovery time day in and day out with no rest besides eating emaculate. bacteria, antibiotics, hormones, dioxins, and a host of other toxins that can cause serious health problems in humans. An extremely high percentage of all the flesh from the chickens, turkeys, cows, fish, and pigs butchered every year in the U.S. is contaminated with E. coli, campylobacter, listeria, or other dangerous bacteria that live in the intestinal tracts, flesh, and feces of animals that cause a host of problems maybe not right away but over time these things may cause serious health issues related to cancer organ function problems that may not go away with a pill. My scope of understanding is learning here and I may not be the smartest but I hope to gain something from my stay here. I do not trust orals. And believe that small durations of use may have gains that supersede any health issue.
Respectfully
Ss
As you’ve already been told, if you are this health conscious you should consider not taking steroids
For your size that is really not a lot of protein. I am around 300+ and up to 350 when bulking. I talked at length with my nephrologist after I had rahbdo and he said consuming that much protein is not going to be an issue with your kidneys and don't worry about. My GP doc said the same thing also. Just a bunch of broscience for the most part. I suppose shakes would be your next alternative if you don't eat meat.
Jesus K riest....had to read this twice. Impressive weight. Do you have a link or point me towards meal planning? Kudos.
That is where I am at with protein, not bodyweight. lol
Lol....I was like GOD D@#$ Monster
Keep on keeping on brother. Thx
jayiski thought the same thing that you were talking about body weight. then i checked your stats and realized it was protein intake. lol
I can't Say I haven't shredded weight and gained mass in the last two training routines. But it's not what I want. I work atleast twelve hours a days with atleast a two hour gym routine. Forty minutes on tred mill hour on weights with occasions short two minute rests . Right now I've taken a week off and will return Monday but still do cardio. Maybe I'm taking in too much sugar with a larger carb intake now that I look at it or just want instant gratification. Smh
Your definetely having way too much sugar. If you want your abs back your going to want to cut the sugar way back. Stop adding sugar to your coffee and get rid of the bear naked granola its full of sugar. Like makwa said your protein is way low and you need to figure out a way to get that number up. Add like 7 or 8 egg whites along with your whole eggs for breakfast
I could be very well within the 10 to 15 percent bmi. It's been six months since the 15 to 20(the electromagnetic hand machine read 18,law of averages). My lacking area and hard to transform is right under the belly button to just under the obliques. My top four are piercing through on non training times. Should I take up the doctor on his t cream or supplement my t by myself.
If your going to do trt it needs to be supervised by a doctor. It is kind of funny how your more worried about the food causing problems (that 99% of people eat everyday) than the exogenous hormones you want to put in your body
This is why I am here. My worry lies on both ends but switching up my choice on being a vegatarian isn't one of them.
Your a vegetarian when you want to be. Steroids probably arent for You then if your not willing to do the things necessary to take full advantage of the drugs your putting in your body
Well top of belly button. My legs chess back are on point I'm proportioned well just thick. I think this diet change will lean me out. Same time next summer I want Greek god had a baby with hulk and I was born.
Sounds good guys I don't want to roll into my forties with a fuupa
Not sure how to navigate so do that on the forum thread here?
Yes sir
basskiller89brother test and eq isn't my specialty however, I think you would have great results if you ran test e alone, consider something along the lines of 750-1000mg e a week, make sure you have an ai on hand, vegan is fine in theory just make sure you get complete amino acids, basic I know but don't over look the simple stuff, as Drock said 100% diet here
You dont even know his past cycle history and your suggesting a gram of test? He needs to learn how to eat first my man.
basskiller89you're right bro lol
Is the high dose of test because he is vegan? Just asking bro im lost here
basskiller89my train of thought was he's done a bunch of cycles and he might be peaking, I didn't think 750mg is too much but maybe he needs to stay on 500mg unsure really
RustyhookerReally?
basskiller89I meant it when I said it, I've been off the forums for a week i'm a little ... rusty lol!!
The solution to your situation is 100% diet n workouts....not test n eq......possibly a slower metabolism issue. A diet higher in protein n healthy fats. Lower carb or carb cycling, should get metabolism ramped up to burn fat reserves on its own......search users makwa and meddx, search their profiles as they have tons of nutritional info to read thru.... there r more excellent nutrition guys here but that will get you started.....if you can’t get bf down 10-12% and maintain it natty, running a cycle to get there is a waste of time.... you’ll put the bf back on after cycle and most likely a bit extra.....nail down the foods then come back with a cycle plan
Get those hitt workouts in 5-6 days wk, ...no more than 60-75 mins max in the gym is plenty....fasted cardio is a great way to start the day off if you can do morning workouts... your body is already in a fat burning state after sleeping so keeping it going with fasted cardio will only intensify this process
Thankyou well put. I. had to look for alternatives in my diet because of my carb intake and slow metabolism. Always been like that my whole life. Your absolutely right with morning cardio, so hard to find the time but I must. My doctor made a point to tell me to watch my carb intake that it wasn't a problem yet but could be. But if I was training and eating like I said it should melt off.i was released from a undesirable situation where carb over loading was the only way to stay fed. I love hit training too gonna have to do some more research and switch up my routines and diet plan before I get this started. I'm not 100 on what my bmi is at that moment after my last two training plans but I know a two pack for abs isn't what my goal was.i feel like the older I get the worse it is. Maybe that's just me stuck in my head and prepared for the worse. So I made a point to take a few health, diet and nutrition through science courses and made drastic changes to things entering in my body. My meat intake is slim to none. I never eat processed foods deli meats don't smoke cigarettes rarely ever drink, my main nutritional intake comes from vegetables. I rarely ever eat out never fried or fast food so when I say eat clean I really mean it clean. The worse of it would bee fig nutins on Sunday with to much coffee lol. I'll post some pics do some research And stay drastically motivated for perfection. I really appreciate the input and except it always graciously. I'll hold off on anything for the moment for supplementing my test until I have a better foundation. Many thanx
Boom! +2
I’m trt and I don’t blast or change things up aas wise. I can dramatically change my weight and body composition with simple diet modification and dedication.
