What is the correct proportion in the administration of T3 with T4? Was it 1:4? Example for 50mcg T3, 200mcg T4.

I always thought I needed T4 and T3 protection but every time i get blood work, its always in range no matter how hard I blast. basically this will depend solely on your blood work.
This will totally depend on your blood work since this will indicate your levels of FT4 and FT3. Take them fasted in the morning before taking your thyroid meds. Then you can adjust. You want FT3 in the upper range.
I take 200mcg T4 and 30mg T3 for hypothyroidism and my FT3 and FT4 are both mid range. For some this will be too much, but my blood work shows I need it.
