T-bol - Liver pain

ad

So I’m on this t-bol only cycle. 40mg a day
10 days in.
Yesterday I woke up with pain in the liver. Up under right ribcage. Decided not to take any tbol during the day. Went to bed still with pain, woke up about 3 o’clock in the night with headache. Took some painkillers and fell asleep. Today only a slight pain in liver. Feeling much better
Other effects from tbol. I get a lot of muscle cramps. Sometimes scratching my back can give me a muscle cramp.
In the gym I don’t really feel anything. Not any noticeable strength gains. I have gained 1 kg, and appetite is definitely up .
Word around the campfire is that tbol shouldn’t be harsh on liver. For the same reason I stopped the liver support (milk thisle also makes me fart alot)
I have always been a light drinker (water). I don’t ever feel thirsty, and when i finally start to drink some more I have to piss all the time. Not drinking could perhaps explain the muscle cramp?

What to do now? Any suggestions - Stop the t-bol perhaps dose down? Swich to vials? Drink some more green the?

T-bol from Lixus lab.
A week prior to starting on t-bol I was on a superdrol clone. But only ran one week of 20mg a day before switching to tbol. I take the t-bol 20mg morning and 20mg evening.

I definitely drink too little. And I have not been consistent in taking the liver support.
But the strange thing is that even my running is being ruined. I ran 5 km in 22min beginning September. Now I have trouble getting under 25min. This could be explained by the increase in weight, since September around 2 kg.
