Ok so I've done some research and understand how the different esters act and about half life's and such. Through reading different forums I've seen most people suggest pinning ed or eod. I want to keep dosage between 375-500mgs a week. What would be the best pinning option .5cc eod or lower the dosage and pin ed?

We also have a responsibility to make sure the op has enough experience to be giving advice on compounds that are advanced like sust.
