Some kickstart advice

ad

Hey all,
So I'm gonna run a cycle of:
Test 800/week for 14 weeks
Decca 600/week for 12 weeks
50mg pro-mass ed

And I've got my hands on some prop. And I'm tempted to use as a kick start. Any thoughts? Worth while?

I was thinking 1ML EOD for 2 weeks

Any thoughts?

Post an unidentifiable pic so we can confirm BF%, please. How long have you been off AAS?

Any history of bloodwork while on/off cycle?

What's your cycle history?

Think you've got more than enough already, I'm guessing the pro mass 50mg ed is an oral, that's your kick-start.

This will be cycle 3.
First one was
Test 500 for 10 weeks
Dbol 30mg ed.

Second was
Test 500 for 12 weeks
EQ 500 for 12 weeks
Dbol 30mg ed.

To be perfectly honest, I'm about 18%BF. Lots of room for improvement I know. But my goal now is strength for lifts.

P.s. pro mass is an oral. 25 adrol/25dbol

thanks for feedback mate. I always knew i needed to get BF down. but i am interested in doing a Comp early next year so was hoping blast through this training cycle. and then worry about cutting.

But i guess it kind of defeats the purpose.
What cycle would you recommend that would cut aswell as increase strength levels to peak for powerlifting comp?
Maybe test/tren cycle?

thanks for your help mate.

You might be confusing powerlifting with bodybuilding, totally different goals. The more size you lose, the more strength goes with it. When my bf is higher then 17% im like a raped ape. When I drop bf and size Junior high schoolgirls beat me up and take my lunch money. You cant have both. You need to decide what your goal is because there is no such thing as a Lean Bulk. You want size and strength its powerlifting. You want size and lean mass its bodybuilding.

Thanks Mack. Ya I'm kind of in same boat of thinking as what u suggest. I don't necessarily care about BF. I care about strength. I've set myself some goals to hit.
So would you suggest I stay with what in was doing initially for strength? Test 800,Decca 600 and dbol/drol 50.

My favorite cycle for my goals is 500 a week of test e or c. I weigh currently 207 at 5' 6" with 16%BF. I find personally the higher mg or added compounds the more I have to micro manage my ai, bloods, sides, e.t.c and I have no time for that plus I really notice no difference in strength or gains as long as my protein and carb intake timing does not change. Try being conservative and use only enough for what you are trying to achieve, more is not better. I found what always works for me so start yourself low and find what works for you.

Thanks Mack,
Based on your knowledge and name I've a pretty good idea I know who you are Smile think we're from same place too.
If u are person I think you are. You've many world European and Irish titles. And even still hold a few records.
So any advice from you is always appreciated.
I'm gonna drop the Decca. Just do the test 600 and an oral for now. See how I am after this cycle.

Thanks all.

Wrong guy but thanks for the encouragement lol. Find your sweet spot and run it until it stops working. Then re evaluate your needs. If the test and maybe tbol at 70 for 4 weeks does it for you then keep at it until you pass your goal, re evaluate. Rinse and repeat.

I'm not a powerlifter but it seems like the best recipe for strength is to get enough AAS in your system to increase glycogen retention and then load up on carbs all the time to keep the glycogen reserves full all the time. Go overboard with the AAS and then you just become a mess with sides and trying to control them, especially with the higher BF that powerlifters tend to carry. Come time for the comp then load up on some specific orals known to temp increase strength, but for everyday training it seems like the orals would be unnecessary for the most part. Just an observer from the outside looking in as far as the powerlifting world goes.

You are correct. An Oral at the end is the best recipe.
There are 2 off the top of my head notorious for great gains in strength and one of them to use almost up to the day of a comp. Halo has given me some great burst but the damage to my liver makes me run it for only 10 days. Tbol at 70 for 4 weeks gave me a 50 pound boost in my pr. Just started doin 390 x 4 again off cycle for bench after an injury last year and still climbing.

ahh mighty Halo....my irritability and aggression are through the roof when I take it.

There isn't one that I am aware. Just the nature of the beast when cutting. Dropping carbs and the strength drops with it.
