Should I re-feed (carb up) while on clen?
ad
Hi guys,
I have searched everywhere, i can seem to find an answer.
My diet is 100% in check, 500 cals below (2000cals) maintenance (2500). 9%BF.
I'm running my first clen cycle now, 2weeks on 2weeks off.
should i have re-feed (carb up) days?
I have them in my general cutting diet and they work well, but not sure if i should include while running the clen?

TropicanaJuiceYes definitely, I do a re feed every 5-7 days depending on how I feel and it makes a huge difference, I'm visually leaner and gives u something to look forward too. Just keep fat down while carbing up untill the last meals before you go to bed. Leptin levels are the cause of fat loss slowig, refeeds help, but after only 5-7 days leptin drops by about 50%. Friday my backload consisted of 600 grams of frosted flakes, fat free milk, brownies, fat free ice cream, then last meal was se buffalo chicken pizza and some more ice cream.... Woke up a tad but bloated but I could tell I was leaner, just holding water. I was also taking clen too
Thanks guys,
i thought so, but just wanted to check.
WeatherwedI did a 30 day keto diet with 0 carbs on clen. No cheats. I dropped the immediate 10lbs of water weight within days and then continue dropping fat for about 15 days. After that fat loss stopped completely. Eventually I got discouraged and stopped at the 30 day mark. In retrospect - my body needed a refeed day to keep the fire burning. Lesson learned.
samick94yes, your body will hit a wall and plate. carb up to jump start your fat burning again and you will drop steady
