Running first cycle (TestE lower dose cruising?)

ad

Hello everyone!

I soon want to run my first cycle containing only Testosterone Enanthate (and PCT ofc.).
I always read about the weekly 500mg split for 10 weeks, but is that really the best approach?
I really like the concept of cruising (even though that's not for everyone, especially on your first cycle), so is it possible to maybe have a TestE cycle (300mg split) for 14-18 weeks for the first cycle?
My goal isn't to get 110kg big, so a smaller dosis would work just fine for me, I suppose?

Have a good one guys

Whether he listens or he doesn’t listen
I’m not gonna get the lottery ticket
I gave my opinion and explain on what he wrote
bridging GH better than cruising testosterone
If what I was saying wrong prove me wrong instead of all this Smile

I'm just sharing my experience. His post reminded me of myself. The questions he is asking are as basic as they get, takes all of 5 minutes of research to figure out. All I'm saying is he should take some time to research and make an educated decision.

Thank you for sharing. Even though I've read loads of articles and threads on the first testE-only cycle, I never actually found anything informative enough, about how the body reacts to lower dosages and if it's even worth it. As I said, I don't want to get very big, because you're most likely gonna pay a huge price afterwards (physically & mentally). I found no articles or statistics on people that were just cruising on a very low dosage, how it affected their body during and after the cruise. The only articles I found were about some dumbass people that we're cruising for many years on a pretty high dosage.

You should have bloods drawn to see where you're at to begin with. And if you're not looking to get very big why bother with AAS? Do you have a problem with gaining?

I want to get bigger while keeping my BF% at the same level it is now, which seems to not work out for me anymore. I could easily gain around 3-4kg lean muscle mass over the next 5-10 years, but as I get older, keeping the BF% this low will only get harder naturally which makes it almost impossible. That's why I want to run a low dose of TestE

I don’t think 7 BF is accurate just saying lol

I've had a huge cut recently, I weight only 83kg now. I've got my BFP measured and it was at 6.8%. By now it could be around 7.5% already idk.

I’m not sure how did you measured it the only way to get the right BF percentage is to do dexa scan do that and show us is your body fat is 6.8 I get to 8 one time it was super hard for me I was eating 100 gram crab to reach 8 BF
Or you’re normally eat 50 gram crab a day to reach 6.8

First I measured with the caliper measure which said 5.6% BF, I thought that couldn't be that accurate so I did the dexa scan with the 6.8% result. I have a small eating disorder, which is why I can eat very little and specific with ease. The hardest part for me was bulking for so many years.

300mg test for first cycle is spot on it’s worth it for 10-12 weeks then at 14 you start your pct 4 weeks so totall 10-12 test running if 10 at 12 weeks you start your pct until week 16 if 12 weeks then You start your pct at 14 weeks until 18 and you’ll notice how you recover you don’t need cruise if you want to cruise I say do bridging with HGH and back on cycle after two month or one month of GH the whole point of cruising is not to come out of cycle

Bad advice here.

Okay to make things clear: I said I really like the concept of cruising, which doesn't mean I'm going to cruise. Otherwise I wouldn't be talking about a cycle. But since I like the concept of cruising, I was thinking about a longer cycle with just a smaller dosage.

You will learn in time young blood

At 24 shouldn't even be running a cycle, much less considering cruising unless a real endocrinologist has said you absolutely need it for quality of life.

You mention pct, so if pct is involved you're not cruising. Cruising is a term for someone on life-long test replacement therapy. You're either blasting (on cycle) or just taking your trt dose (cruising).

300mg is not a cruise 150 is tops and if you plan tonstick a needle in you for the rest of your life then go ahead but im sure you dont want to do that so no cruise
