pursuing first cycle, recovering L1,S5 siatica.

ad

I'm 26, 5'9, 218 pounds, unknown body fat, training since age 19.
Age 19 my weight was 250 pounds of world of warcraft.
Got a job that requires high fitness level. Dropped to 170 at my lowest(attempting pro muaythai).
Past year or so usually walking around at 190. No pics but I atleast look like I lift.

Im finishing up 6 months of back injury recovery and I have 6 months to get my body fully operational or I lose my job.

I've read anabolics 10th edition but I need some real time editing onto my theory on a first cycle. I've added Winn because the water retention and fat gain is a performance concern.

Week 1 - 8: test E 500mg/Wk
Week 4 - 9: winny 25mg/d
Week 11-13: hcg 2000iu evergother day
Week 11-14: clomid 50mg 2x daily
Week 11-17ish: nolv 20mg 2x daily

I'd like to know if I'm completley fucked and this is wrong. Also what I should be using during cycle to mitigate sides? Particular concern to visible sides.

Thanks in advance, still in the learning process.

I have been out the gym for months at a time due to injury/surgery and the last thing on my mind was running a cycle as soon as I got back in the gym. Just an accident waiting to happen and totally unnecessary.

Yeah, a cycle for your situation is wrong. The good news is, you can get some great progress from proper diet and lifting/cardio. Cycles should never be an approach to getting back into shape. Cycles are for being in great shape, with everything spot on for years. Then you run a cycle.

I'm very against cycling after an injury too. You're exponentially more likely to reinjure yourself.

Why don't you post up a new thread with your current workouts, cardio and a detailed diet. We can help you get to where you want to be in a safe effective way.

No I don't need to get back into shape. I need to strengthen my core and low back at an artifical rate.
Under a proper training program with an eight week progression.
I have a professional guiding me through this progression. Stimulating the rate at which I get measurable results is important when time Is a factor.

Been there done that bud,....take some advise from a wise ( I think I am) old owl...
I pent the better part of 20 yrs dealing with lower back issues, until finally there was no other option but surgery .. L3-4, 4-5, ,5-s1...
What I learned, and will advise , is to heal your back natty only! ....until you know and understand the limits of what you can safely do with a compromised back, you should stay clear of aas, period! ....
Trying to hurry this healing process is like walking thru a mine field....one wrong step, lift, twist and boom, ....took me over 2 yrs of therapy just to start lifting regular again, ...to this day I don't deadlift, squat, ...granted everyone is different but the process of healing is the same, take your time!....
