Pre loading ?

ad

I did search but did not find anything... My question is do I need to Pre Load for a Test Cyp only cycle ? I plan on taking 250 mg every 4 days... Do I need to take a higher dosage on my very first injection or will that not matter ?

Also its best to start out giving us proper stats and info.

Land have a solid plan meaning map it out like they do on the cycle log, and post it in the forum first.

You need to have all your body stats eating plan and your goals and then lastly a bulletproof plan telling us what you think of running and how long. Also nake sure to put ur pct and on cycle supports in it no one wants to just say here this is what you need. You gotta do alot of upfront work.

Bro all I can say is that there is some great info from the bros here. I wish I had everything in check before starting. I had quite the experience. I am now a firm believer that less is more and that you can achieve alot with just proper diet. Now having said that, my cycle is going great since I adjusted accordingly and now that my eating is on point. I've gained 4.5 lbs of muscle and lost 3% bf in a little over two weeks but im pretty sure the majority of that is due to muscle memory and an good diet. I'd do a little more reaearch and by that I mean at least read all the stickys on the forums. At least this forum and then go to anabolic steroid forum and read about your compound. Trust me I couldn't Wait to pin and get going but even a few extra days or hours would have saved me alot of trouble. Just know the people are here to help so dont go thinking they are bashing for nothing or being dicks.

Hope you got your help bro. Good luck

Here's the problem too bro your proposed trt plan isn't trt at all its a almost 500mg/wk cycle...and IMHO if you start with 500mg/wk and you don't want to cycle down to a trt dose of say 250mg or less it may be devastating on your body and may also have the opposite effect that you're looking for.

Jake_Smith's picture

Thank you for that advice... maybe I should just start and stick with 125 mg every 4th day .... start low and if I get the results great..

MedDx's picture

125mg per week in divided doses would put your test levels between 600-800. When u say preload, do u mean frontload? Look at what u want to do over a projected time frame, say 12wks. Then, see how u can do this with calories, a good macros, and weight training, only. After your 12 wks, check your data to see if you met your goals. Then, if u think adding in a compound will be advantageous, u have a better base to build and add to your structure. Always get pre, mid, and post cycle labs.

Hey MedDx yes I I meant front load.. I didn't know if that was necessary or not ?

MedDx's picture

Research the anabolic threshold theory...in my opinion, frontloading can be good and bad. In your case, you need to decide if u want to do TRT, or a cycle. But, iif u dont have your diet, cardio, and weight lifting routine in check, u wont achieve the results you want.

Bro,

I think you need to see a doctor first for low test issues before you begin self-administering test and certainly when you have ideas about staying on for 6 months. The consequence of such a plan could end with your body able to produce no testosterone - perhaps only a trace amount and that could be a lifelong situation. There could be other adverse consequences such as sterility as well. Also, you need to find a doctor or a clinic that deals with low T other wise a GP could simply tell you that your are low but in the range and he recommends nothing and that's not gonna make u feel any better bro.

Gear Head... thanks for the thought out reply Smile means a lot and yes that is exactly what happend. My primary care Dr. said yes that I was low but still in the normal range. All my other stats were good as well. I am almost positive the reason I am so low is because of all the gear I took from age 18- 22 years old... yes I know I was young and dumb.

I agree with tradinonren. To much unnecessary juice isn't good for the body, and will be detrimental to your health and your goal of gaining mass and muscle. More isn't always better. A little bit will do if you eat right and do the work you will grow. To much extra test floating around the body is nothing more than a waste and just makes your batte with high estrogen side effects harder. I am no expert or a doctor but judging by your size and your current test levels. I dare say that 100 mg a wk of test cyp would be more than enough to put you in the 600 to 800 range right in the normal range for your age.

Stetch .... awesome. Thank you for the advice and I will def take it. I will get blood done after about 5 weeks to see how my levels are and go from there ! Thanks again for all of your advice, glad I posted before jumping in

MedDx's picture

Agreed....

MedDx's picture

Okay... i see what u mean by a lot of stuff....

treadinontren's picture

Can you post up a picture please? Age is OK but why are you cycling at 160lbs bro?

Jake_Smith's picture

I would rather not post a pic of myself.... but I would like to add about ten lbs and increase my recovery time from intense training sessions. Grappling/Crossfit type training...

treadinontren's picture

What's your BF%? Is this your first cycle? It seems your goals are highly attainable naturally...what was this cycle going to loom like? How many weeks? Pct etc

MedDx's picture

Agreed...

Jake_Smith's picture

Well to be honest I was planning on staying on long term... over six months... I did a lot of stuff back in my late teens and early 20's and I just had my blood work done and my Total Test levels were at 270 ... I don't recover well and I feel tired going into every trainin session. I have around 8 % bf... Im pretty lean however I would like to add around 10-12lbs of lean muscle just to look better and get stronger of course... Other than that I just want to feel better... I want to recover better etc...

MedDx's picture

So, is this your first cycle? What do u mean u did a lot of stuff?

treadinontren's picture

I'm sorry to hear that...can you see a doc or no?

Jake_Smith's picture

I did actually see my Dr. that's how I got the results. However, he told me although I am low it's still in the normal range and wouldn't prescribe me anything
