+ 2 Opinions or Experience on short intense cylces
ad
I've been juicing for quite some time for many years. The big debate for me as of lately has been if I should use a 4-6wk intense cycle with the equal time off for the possibility of better gain retention but for the most concern my trashy blood profile post cycle. Just seeking input from you guys.....Thanks

Just a theory...
Doesn't your body need to hold on to weight for awhile before it realizes weight as permanent?
Quick weight loss with obese people tends to come back quicker than gradual weight loss. Quick weight loss leaves more hanging skin because the body loses too much to adapt. Rapid weight gain causes stretch marks because your skin can adapt quick enough to facilitate new growth.
So... If weight doesn't have enough time to situate, doesn't that mean what you gain or lose will be "short" lived much like your esters?
Just a theory....
well actually its easier to gain weight in a short cycle such as 30 days and keep more of it then for a long cycle. for example it is easy to gain 15 pounds on a long cycle and then lose it all or most in PCT cause the off time is so long...On a short cycle gaining 10 to 15 pounds its much easier to keep that weight cause your only off for 30 days. Now ofcourse your not gonna continue to gain 10 15 pounds each cycle, but the way it has worked for me is after each 30 day cycle im up a pound or 2 from the last one. So for example, 220 2 cycles ago down to 215 or 214 in the off cycle, cycle before last I got up to 222, and last cycle was the same 222, but in the off cycle I was at 216, now mind you this is on Test only, if I where mixing in all the short esters I could be a fucking beast. Point being is that you are able to stay steady at a weight for long time as opposed to going up and down.
cdaddy7Thanks for that input bro because that's exactly what I had read and was thinking myself. Not to mention it won't trash the bloodwork so bad as well
tread-mYes and no but mostly no IMO. The thing is this, the obese person went back to old habits. Had they stayed on the diet set up that lost the weight the weight would stay off. Same with us, when we gain weight with one diet on cycle we cannot expect to keep that weight without continued diet increase and quality. If you are hard wired genetically to weigh 180 and you work your way up over years to 240 and then go back to your lifestyle when you were 180 your genetics take over and the old you is on his way back. It takes change for us to move forward and the change has to be a constant.
My issue I keep running into is legit short esters.
Id love to do 6 weeks of:
Testp600 week
Tne 400 week (1cc 4x per week)
Npp 400 week
Bne 300 week
tread-mLove it, shorts witb your suspension or prop changing the second compound everytime or a trifecta....tbol, anavar, ace etc etc. Constant change in and out and back in quick, whats not to love. As a cruiser love the idea even more but either way.
I like short cycles. Pretty nice fast gains and fast fat loss.
I like doing 5 weekers.
Ex
Test p 600
Test suspension 50-100mgs 5 times a week
Tren a 200-450mgs.
Dbol 25-50mgs 5times a week
Or drol 50-80mgs 5 times a week.
After 5 weeks come off with hcg and test suspension 2 weeks longer
50mgs everyday of test and 300 ius 2x a week of hcg
So total of 7 weeks.
Then pct day after last injection.
Clomid 100/100/50/50/50
And if ya wanna add nolva also
40/40/20/20/10
cdaddy7Thats kinda where I'm at. Getting older and don't want the shitty profiles from such long use. Although I love goin 13-16 wks, but the sides and everything seem to get to bad even with blockers. I'm currently in trial with a 5 weeker on/off cycle and start again, Plenty of summertime to go so why not
