Noob advice hgh vs aas
ad
Looking to see what some more experienced guys thought... Ive run a couple test cycles a few years ago and had good results. the only dissapointing part was i had all the standard sides. I was going to try doing another cycle but started reading a lot about hgh. I see some guys take it with aas and some just by itself but they say no sodes and you can run it for long periods and no pct nexessary. Is this what I should expect?
My goal is to just cut body fat at this point. I'm 36 and recently dropped 40 with just caffeine and niacin base supps. Abs are back out but have some stubborn stuff on the lower belly and low back that I cant get to budge. I guess thats to be expected at this age.

just run both and enjoy bro
Forgot to mention i ran 1 ml test e wk 1/2/9/10 and 2 mil wk 3-7
Thanks for the advoce btw guys, I appreciate it.
Think Ill stick with test and just do it right. Was thinking similar cycle but maybe 12 weeks but armidex or anastrozol on cycle and clomid /nolva pct with hcg for a couple weeks or during if my guys hurt. Feel free to critique..
This is kind of what i was expecting. I run a clean diet and mad cardio. Workout 10-14 hours a week and half of that is cardio. I dont count every calorie but clean (and i take amphetimines for add) so not much appetite.
Never got bloods tested and I know it's important but i didnt learn about that til after I ran a cycle and the guy i got stuff from was kind of indisposed at that point.
As for running an ai on cycle the answer is no, that jagoff gave me anastrozol for pct.
I didnt have crazy sides but def got acne like i was 14, wanted to cry a couple times, nut atrophied and one eyed willy was a worthless piece of skin for about 2 months.
HGH is very expensive, and while beneficial is vastly over hyped. in small doses for anti aging purposes i know a lot of guys really like it, but for hypertrophy and fat loss its not the wonder drug that you may think it is.
lower back fat is always one of the last areas to lean out for most guys, it will take some consistency, hard work and a good diet (with or without HGH) if you really want tight skin along the lower back lol.
I've been using gh to help recover from tendon tears in my forearms and a displaced medial nerve. It's been helpful but far from wowzer holy balls! type of helpful. It was a very subtle increase in healing rate and strength like maybe 10% or so. I do think it helped kick the healing back in gear as I had been stuck at maybe 50% functionality of the past 2 years and broke back down twice. Gh helped me get over that hump and back to 80%ish. Then I used some of other aas to further increase the healing rate and help get back to a level I firmly believe was never going to be possible natty. I don't think gh by itself is worth it. I didn't see massive muscle growth until after I added the aas and felt comfortable enough to start lifting heavy again and eating small elephants everyday. If I had to chose I would take a couple cycles with shitloads of food, training, and sleep over Gh anyday.
cutting weight is all diet. aas doesn't dictate weight lose, diet does. you can take loads of anabolic and it doesn't mean you will lose much fat at all. have you gotten bloods taken lately? if so, what does your natural level of test and estrogen sit at?
why don't you lay out your diet and workout regime. that's what will.get you the results you're looking for.
I don't think gh will give you that "drastic" change you are probably seeking.
Gh will aid/enhance/augment an already highly tuned athelete.
Aas will give you more of the results it seems like you want .... You say you had a lot of sides from test? What dose did you run and did you Use an AI ???
