So on T-Nation's pharma forum KSman and cycobushmaster recomends using 20mg/day nolvadex during the cycle and then continuing the usage for PCT, which by his recomendation should be aproximetly as long as the cycle itself with a slow taper. (For example 500mg test-e cycle for 10 weeks would mean, that you use the 20mg tamoxifen during cycle and then PCT would be 20/20/20/20/20/20/10/10 of course Aromasin is used throughout the cycle and the pct and nolvadex is not used as an AI, but to keep fsh/lh signaling so the testies won't shut down during cycle. The problem is not the 18 week of nolva use, because there were some studies, where men used it for 6 months and it did not have any effects on there health.

But rather that there are studies that shows that during TRT levels of testosterone (under 200mg) the usage of 10-20mg nolva does result in raised lh/fsh levels, but on a steroid cycle people use higher amount of testosterone and other compunds, so it's questionable if it would still help produce lh/fsh. If you know a study/post/bloodwork about this could you link it to me? Also what's your opinion about the prolonged pct and about using nolvadex during cycle instead of hcg?
