need suggestions......
So hey guys I been asking and searching.
I am 34 done plenty of cycles.
I have used
deca
test e c p
tren a
dbol
anadrol
I am 5 7 194 as of today I have a recent pic posted up. I am dieting down from 220.
diet has consisted mainly higher proteins low fats low carbs, low cal.
I have plenty of energy. I work weird hours. I do not have a set schedule. one day may be 330am next 10 am.
I plan on continuing to drop to 185 180., before next cycle.
I haven't been at this weight since I was 19.
I have my diet in check
I do my cardio 3to 5 times week. 30mins.
I was thinking running a longer cycle this time. I feel sometimes 8 weeks is way too short and im cheating myself
I was thinking of running 800 mg test week 50 to 75 mg test first 4 and last 4 weeks 50mg proviron ed
running test total of 12 to 16
I am wanting to run something simple. no tren this year.
or should I run something along the test.
I am not that interested in eq as I know you need to run it forever.lol (20wks)
however I a open to adding another compound or modifying. my plan I want to start around. april.
I would like a lean gain and tightening not really a bulking just lean gains
I like to end up at 190 195. 8 to 10 bf

I am the same height as you and weigh 205. My ideal weight is where you are sitting at so i'm scratching my head a little. 190-195 is a good compromise from being too lean and being hulkish.
My plan was to get as low as I can. And still feel ok. Then build back lean and strong again.
I have always only focused on size didn't care about abs or really my waist line. I still lift very heavy for me.
But am enjoying the leaner more empty feeling. I was getting to bulky
I have always Been higher bf so it will be interesting transformation this time .
Here is the problem though, the lower you go in weight the less strong you get. I noticed that when I was around 170 I was pretty weak. I lift for strength myself and don;t fkn care about my waistline too much; hence why I weight 205 and I fluctuate quite a bit. The past month I was as low as 200 and as high as 212.
I am trying to find my happy medium and so far I am struggling to see where I want to be.
Strength will come back.
But that's the part you have to commit to. I noticed I look bigger even though I'm smaller.
I agree with what you're saying. However you eventually will adapt to that weight and recover most of your strength with a much more appealing physique.
I read your post on gearing up for powerlifting...... good luck with that. (not being sarcastic).
No kidding, it will be an experience. I have to work on my deadlifts more then anything.
Totally different AAS protocols.
Totally different diet......... there is no such thing as a lean bulk.
Totally different type of training routines.
You'll learn the proper way to bench squad and deadlift.
It's a totally different world. When you learn that it will help you when you go back to bodybuilding.
Enjoy
that is true no lean bulk at all, more like a mass bulk. anyways we can continue this on my post and not hijack this one
I read your comments below and what you wrote in the original post. I like the direction you are heading. here's what I would recommend.
12 week Test E or C at 500mg
First 2 weeks Test P 100mg EOD
Next 2 weeks Test P 50mg EOD.
Provi 50mg ED
Run hCG at 150 IU three times a week for a total of 450 IU a week up until four days before PCT. time your PCT based on the ester you use.
PCT: Clomid 100/50/50/50 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/10
Now onto the most important part, your diet. Figure out your TDEE and eat about 600 cal above that.
240 g of protein the rest of the calories split between carbs and fat. The carb fat ratio you will have to determine based on your body chemistry and what you react well to.
Just make sure you get 80 g of simple carbs right after your workout along with about 60 g of protien (whey iso).
Make sure the fats you consume are healthy and high quality. Incorporate about a third of your fat as MCT.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for jumping in
Yeah I would be ramping protein up as I get into it.
I am carb sensitive. My Jody basically feels like I'm shutting down with carb overload.
The lower dose test makes sense.
Now I have 3 bottles test 400
It's blend
150 test e 150 e 100 prop
You think I could just split that up for 500 week?
Also.
12 weeks is good I was leaning towards 14 15
going to make a huge difference ?
If you are carb sensitive keep them around 200 g following the outline. The rest will be high-quality fats.
Ramping up protein? this is the main building block you should not be ramping up.
I don't know what your financial situation is but I would just get individual Test compounds. I personally hate blends not to mention that I am reading what you wrote correctly that's going to have one hell of a kick in terms of pip.
If you do that kicker 12 weeks is plenty. Do more with less. Not to mention you'll have an easier PCT.
Don't forget to dial in your AI with blood work on week 6.
Ok I can get separate compounds.
Yeah was a little concerned with the pip
Yes you are correct about the protein.
I don't know why I wrote that.
Thought since I was only running test run it jigher.
I have never run just those 2 together so very good question lol
Why such a high dose test? Why not a low dose Test with Proviron, and let your diet dictate your goals.
I meant to add.
I would like a lean gain and tightening not really a bulking just lean gains
I like to end up at 190 195. 8 to 10 bf
Sounds like someone talked you out of a good EQ cycle. If your about 187lbs you could make great lean vascular gain. Alot of people dont like eq cuase when they ran it there body fat was to high
I throw it around in just have never run a cycle that long I guess it's fear of notnknowijg. Maybe in should reconsider
