fat = aromatase = estro = bigger problems than fat alone
the lads below got you
Hey American. Good work on losing the weight. I got heavy working a desk job and I know it's a bitch to turn it around. How long have you been on the trt? It's a lot easier to lose the weight on it I know. You can do more, and your body responds better to what you do. I'd recommend sticking with the trt dose a while longer and really see what you can do on that. Have you had bloodwork done lately? You want to make sure you're estrogen isn't high already. Hcg will raise your estrogen also. Is this trt from a doctor? It seems like it from your description of bloodwork, but you are younger than most trt patients for sure. Not unheard of though.
Your stats say 298 pounds. If your body fat is really 27%, you have 218 pounds lean mass. When you got down to 235 you would have been ripped as hell (7%). From your description of not a good 235, im guessing not. I'm not trying to be a dick, I think your doing good work, I just want to ad that a cycle at higher body fat can have some more serious sides. Hormone balance and blood pressure are two to watch. How about you post here with us about your progress for a while and we can help support you to keep getting on track to be ready for a cycle? You can do it bro just keep at the diet and exercise. Every day you'll feel better. Now that you're on trt it will be easier for you too.
great fuckin post.
Body fat is around 27% checked in June down 11 pounds since then... and I held off on Getting on Trt for 2 years trying to naturally raise my levels never got higher level than 183 usually in the 150s went to 4 doctors plus my primary lost 85 pounds a year ago got down to 235 but wasn't a good 235 lost a lot of muscle and couldn't keep fat off as soon as I backed off from 5-6 days in gym to 2-3 due to work I blew up like a tick TRT is making a huge difference in the past few months with strength and energy
Keep going on your TRT dose and get a good diet plan going. Obviously you want to keep lifting and I would definitely add in some cardio. Wait till you're down to 15% body fat and then worry about running a cycle. The last thing you want to do is take any of those supplements at 27%. I'm not insulting you or being negative in anyway, I'm just warning you that your estrogen and prolactin will be through the roof. Because they're already too high. If you're 27% now... when you run the cycle you'll end up being in the mid 30s when you're done. That is not worth the small amount of muscle gain you will get from it. It'll be much easier on your body and a lot safer to drop down to 15% first and then run a cycle.
Rustyhooker^^^boom.
Good advice right here ^^^^^
A general rule is to run your test higher than the deca. Your weight may be a factor. Post a picture or fix your stats. If your body fat is high I would hold off.
Stats
Age: 28
Height: 6'3
Weight: 298
BF:???
Fix your stats. Goals, priors, diet, training......and the big question from me - why are you on trt at 28?
Read this and come back with some more info - https://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/steroid-cycles/so-you-want-cycl...
Solid advice.
Hcg isnt really measured in mls/cc 's its measured in units because you can add whatever ml/cc's you want.
I'll help you get started :
Dr prescribed ? prior aas experience ? bodyfat percentage ? Goals ?
