-1 My Younger Buddy is Looking Bigger?
ad
I am 38 and using 750mgs a week of Test E and 300mg of Tren A a week. My buddy is 29 and using 500mg a week of Test E. We are using the same gear.
My younger bro is actually looking "bigger" at the gym.
The only reason I can think of is because I'm using Tren and it's keeping my water weight down. Any thoughts?

Grillmaster78@konig, thanx for the link!!! Appreciate ur help man.
Grillmaster78@Dacky, I already told the board that this is my first time that I'm paying attention to what I eat. Before my surgery and when I was younger I would be able to eat anything, McDonald's cheeseburgers after the gym and look great.
For the firSt time in my life I have a fat stomach. And I'm trying to eat clean to lose it.
I'm not asking for major help, just what my calorie intake should be around . in the time it took you to write ur negative response u could of just given me ur honeslt helpful answer. I will look for advice elsewhere on other boards, thanx bro.
Grillmaster78So what should I bump my calories up to? Eating more is no problem. This is the first year I'm even watching what I eat, because I'm older and want to be healthier.
And I'm taking Tren because 180 is big for me, the most I've ever weighed actually. I was always around 160 and after test cycle I'd be around 175 and I looked great. At 180 my face looks bloated and my jeans hardly button. Now after about 3 weeks my face looks slimmer, jeans are loose, and my shirts actually fit much tighter so I am getting more muscular.
Maybe this will explain it more clearly, I want to look like a fitness model and not like a monster. I do not want to have to buy all x-tra large t shirts which if I just took Test I would end up doing like in the past because of the bloat I get and water weight.
Sorry I'm late to the party here. I'm not going to comment on you using Tren with your stats and for your goals. It's all be said below and these guys are right. But let me ask you a question. Putting all the questions about gear and cycle aside. How would you go about calculating your calories and macros to put yourself in enough of a surplus to build muscle/grow? Come back and tell us that. No one is going to spoon feed you here bro. If your using aas you MUST be able to do this.
Grillmaster78@ Tren,
No way bro, I'm in the gym everyday pushing out every last rep. I have a digital food scale and weight out all my food, zero added salts butter condiments etc. 2 protein shakes and another meal replacement shake with added carbs, creatine and a multivitamin.
Where I'm going wrong is figuring out my calorie range. I'm 38 now and I have to deal with fat in my stomach area, which until about 2- 3 years ago I never had to deal with. When I was younger I also was skinny and had abs. I would take d-bol and test, workout then hit McDonald's and I'd get massive.
While I welcome all feedback, your just dead wrong in your comment about my dedication.
Eat more, and eat dirty... As everyone said below, you're expecting gear to do the work instead of your diet. And you're trying to bulk but running a diet that my younger sister couldn't bulk on. Don't be afraid of getting fat.
So here's a reality check and its related to what Tron said below. You're 5-9 and 180lbs. You're using a significant dose of test and you're running tren. Yet you're nowhere near dialling in your diet.
Why does a 180lb guy need to run tren?
How are you going to bulk on 2000kcals?
TronThis is a classic case of expecting the gear to do all the work...the problem has nothing to do with the tren, water weight, etc as you mentioned above. The problem is your only eating 2000 freaking calories a day and wondering why you aren't getting bigger..
Grillmaster78I'm 5'9", and 180.
I have always been super skinny, up until about 2 years ago when I had major surgery for my Crohns. I developed a hole in my intestine so they cut me open and took some of it out. They cut me from my breast bone down to my waiste, so on top of the huge scar in my stomach it's hard to work out my abs because it never healed properly.
It's really freaky, when I feel my abs it feels like the middle has connected again but on the top and bottom it feels like my muscle isn't connected and that my insides are popping out to my skin. It's scary, gross I know.
ManimalKingWhat's diet looking like compared to yours?
Grillmaster78And fromy my calculations I'm taking in about 2,000 calories a day with my current diet. Again because I want to get abs, should I up my intake? And if so to how much?

2k calories, jesus even for a cut that is low bro, and I am guessing you are cutting if you are going for abs. Stop in there and give them your goals and stats etc and we can go from there.
Grillmaster78I have a stomach that I wanna get rid of, so my diet is crazy strict. I eat grilled chicken breast, baked potatoes, and steamed fresh broccoli 3 times a day, 2 protein shakes and one meal replacement shake that has extra carbs.
I think I'm not eating enough now, that's why I'm getting leaner but not more "muscular".
Instead of the protein shakes should I instead take the "weight gainer" shakes ?
You can't really compare yourself to anyone, even when running the same cycle. Many other things come into to play such as genetics, diet, age, bf, the way your body reacts to anabolics - it is also very individual. No 2 people running the same test will have identical results. It just doesn't work this way
bigmurphHe still has 10yrs younger it doesn't seem like much but I believe that it has alot to do with it
