My second cycle, any feedback much appreciated.
I finished my first (proper) cycle about 5 months ago, I did 250mg of Test E per week with 40 mg Dbol per day for the first 6 weeks and then bumped my Test up to 500mg per week and stopped the Dbol and started taking Aromasin and I took Clomide for my PCT. Whole cycle lasted 17 weeks including PCT.
Really liked it, got some good gains particularly in my shoulders and I've managed to keep the majority of the strength gained.
Only side I had was pretty bad Bacne, which spread down my arms . . . anyone else get Armne? I'm starting to think I'm the only human with that problem. . .
Anyway,
Im looking to start my next cycle, I was thinking 500 - 600mg of Test E, with 600mg of EQ per week for 16 weeks, maybe a 2 week boost at the beginning on an oral, and I'm thinking of using that all in one Zydex for PCT but I'm having trouble finding it.
Would really appreciate an experienced juicers opinion.
Much Love,
RG.

I would recommend the next cycle just being a solid 12 week 500-600mg test cycle. IMO, no need for orals. Orals are hard on the body and you are early in your career so I'd save those for a later date. Dbol is pretty harsh too, I think dropping it from your second cycle might alleviate some sides.
If you got great results from your first cycle, why change it? Keep doing what works. Dont fix it, if it aint broke. You dont want to keep adding compounds when you dont need them, it will only lead to you having to take more and more as you progress. If you can keep it simple and get good results then thats what you need to do! You'll also save some cash as well.
I dont think you need this, but if you want a kicker, why not pin prop the first 4 weeks of the cycle.
I take all the above back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good example why stats are important before giving advice. In my opinion you are too young and too small to take AAS! Why would you take them when you're 165lbs and 6 feet tall, that's extremely small man, you have so much natty potential, I think you'll be shocked!
I think the big problem here is diet! Clearly your diet and/or workout routine is greatly flawed, I dont think any amount of AAS will help you.
If you are only 75kg now, how small were you when you started?!
I was 54kg, issues in my teens.
I'm shocked you gained over 40 pounds, you had to have bee a stick. 119 pounds and 6ft tall, there's problems with this. I wouldnt take AAS for now, I would spend my time and energy researching diet man.
And if you gained that much weight, theres absolutely no reason to add more compounds 42 pounds in 12 weeks is as good as it gets.
Ok thanks,
Btw I didn't mean I gained all that weight in one cycle lol, I thought you meant what weight was I when I started lifting.
Haha, thats good to clear things up, in my head I was calling bullshit. I really think you'll see great results with a better diet.
Give us some stats to work with
75kg, 23 years old, 6ft tall
