Men's physique prep
The past three years I have really dug deep in the gym and pushed myself to higher levels of training. Went through with several bulking/leaning phases to see what I could do with my body. I saw some great changes in doing so. For the past 5 months I have been deciding on whether or not to do a men's physique show. I am told a lot from others in gym that I should being the features and height that I have. That being said I am currently 6'4 210 lbs around 12%. I need to stack on some quality lean mass size before even thinking about getting on stage. I have used a few cycles in my past and wasn't going to go that route but I know I need a little help with the weight do to I am a slow gainer and have a high metabolism. I am thinking about going with dbol to kick off the first 4 wks along with test e and EQ for a 12 week cycle. Just would like some input from other competitors on their thoughts and opinions. If there's more you would like to know give me a shout. Thanks

Have posted a pic, let me know what you guys think.
Any chance of a self pic........... help the guys out somewhat in determining which plan of action to take.
The stack is NOT the major issue here bro its nutrition related to how well you gain or not as the case maybe........ 7000 cals pr day at your height would be needed to lay down new mass!....... is that something you would consider ?
I am not sure how to load a pic, as I am fairly new to this site. I am at about 4-5000 a day right now, could probably use a better nutrition plan/guide. I have a job that I can eat anytime I want.
If you go click on community, then click pictures, then click on self pics, then click on submit a picture. Then follow instructions. If you haven't ordered gear off this site put 'eroids' in the source section.
X2. I was a "slow gainer" myself. Then I realized I ate the same amout as a 12 year old girl lol. EAT EAT EAT
@irongame427
I eat all the time and loads of it!! Eating isn't a problem for me, I have a decent diet with lots of sources.
