l joined this great site, for help and clear direction. I have to say I have learnt so interesting things, I have also found my self in a point that I want to through them all in the bin, why, due to what might fog wrong with Blood Pressure skies and more.
I am new to forums and don't understand some of the abbreviations, I have heard from three very knowledgeable people but in a way they have left me more confused but also excited. If I could email someone that I pay for there services I would be extremely happy, I need clear ( no abbreviations lol ) help.
I am 52, starting to alter my food tone clean but juice wise I am now so so lost, and frightened. what can I do, who can I talk to , pay for services!!!
I live in Dubai so its easy to get my stuff but can't find a professional to pay to help.

Begin by writing in your weight, height, body fat percentage and your history with Steroids. Maybe this is your first time. Then, what are your goals. Do you want to gain muscle or lose fat? Have you had blood tests to determine your natural levels?
Do these things and people will gladly help you.

Thanks man. I've been working hard. I started in September at 20% bodyfat. I used HGH and a lot of cardio and light weights to trim down to 15%. Then, I started Testosterone Enthanate at 300mg a week and just did my 7th shot. I am 49 years old.
I would recommend you start with some HGH for a month or two and then decide about a steroid cycle or TRT. . Trim your BF down to 15%, read a lot of these forums and get your blood tested for baselines. The HGH will really lean you out and you are already a muscular guy. You may not need any steroids. I'm doing the Test E cycle because the last time I got my BF to 11% i weighed 182lbs. That's just too skinny for me. Check your base testosterone level to determine if you want to do TRT...Testosterone Replacement Therapy.
Start with the HGH. Go to that forum to ask about dosage and stuff.
Then consider a Testosterone only cycle, PCT means post cycle therapy. This involves Clomid to turn your balls back on and Nolvadex to stop the development of man breasts after your cycle. Ai is aromatase inhibitor. I have Exemastane. This is to prevent estrogen level rise while on cycle.
I think I've covered all the abbreviations you need at this point. Read up on those things and decide what you want to do. Then, we'll help you with dosing and things like that. I highly recommend the HGH and I'm sure you can easily get good Pharmacy grade in Dubai.
with regard to blood tests , what am I asking them to test for? and what guidance does the outcome give me in planning

Thanks for that very clear understanding you have answered a lot. the issue hear is you can buy Growth over the counter in the chemist but HGH is a banned substance.
I go home to uk for december so I will come back with a bag full.
I looked at Vikings recommendations for %carb after 2, I am doing that till a week before xmas then have two weeks of and start up in Jan.
We work in Mil's so how much is 300mg ?
Do you use HGH in powder form ? tablet form ?

If HGH is a banned substance in Dubai, I don't recommend bringing any in. I'm sure you could find a source on eroids to ship there.
I did not know you were already running gear. I was recommending a simple beginner cycle. Some of these veterans can talk you through the problems you're having.
Vials of test e come in anywhere from 200-500mg per ml.If you had test e dosed at 300mg per ml,you would need 1cc/ml per week.HGH usually comes in vials with a lyophilized powder that needs to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water.

sorry test , but I had a week off due to felling I had it all wrong. I have come back on till mid december with a view to doing a real come off with the right gear.
Right now I am taking 1mil of deca every month for my joints. I take three pins a week, 1.5 mil test twice and Prob 1 mil

Ok,so your taking about 700mg of test a week and 200 mg of deca a month.Do you do a pct after to recover your natural testosterone levels?
