I just started taking supertest450 e3d .04 ml a few days ago. This is my third cycle, however never did a test blend. Can someone provide their experience with dosing arimidex on a similar cycle? I was thinking to stick to .25 ed.

I use .25 eod unless I'm running over 600mg week of test. if I go over 600 I start to hold water and get a little bacne so I up it to .5 eod. start low and keep an eye on it. I have crashed my estro with Adex and it sucks...

Some like .25eod and some like .5 e3d.Everyone reacts different. So I would start with .25 eod and adjust from there. Listen to your body.
So that's 1,050 mg of test per week for your 3rd cycle. How long is this cycle? Way over the top bro. Maybe 600 - how much Test did you run on your prior cycles? I would start with adex .25 eod and increase it if estro sides manifest or if your mid cycle blood test shows elevated E2.
How did you get over 1000 mg of test per week? I am pinning less than 200 mgs of supertest at a time.
Sorry bro. My apologies. I just saw the SuperTest 450 e3d and missed the .4 ml. You can lower the adex dose as I described. So it's 200 mg e3d = 467 mg / wk. That's fine bro.
