-1 Ideas

ad

Hey guys, I'm working out 5-6 a week and am around 220. I eat more protein diet as much as 60% and am looking to get leaner and cut bc I have the mass but want to hopefully lose some weight, while I want to look better. Sorry for the previous reckless post. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for any advice upfront.

Weight loss/fat loss is all about nutrition...manipulation of calories/ macros to achieve your goal...along side of extra cardio ....turning to a steroid cycle to loose weight/bf isn’t ideal and you most likely will be disappointed in the results .....use the search function up top, tons of info on nutrition and weight loss....

Hint: search for a member named Makwa....read through his posted threads

I apologize after reading the comments, it came across as dumb and I apologize for that. To everyone and I know that it's a big decision to make and am sorry for coming across as facetious and arrogantly. Was not my intentions at all.

Your too lazy to research mate, I dont think you should even bother doing a cycle!

Thanks, you're right and will do my do diligence.

Yeah, a real keyboard warrior on here, eh? You don't have to project what's going on in your life, I get it. No job, no gf, bf or partner. It's just you and your keyboard and a.box of puffs. I know people might not get it but it will be okay. You will eventually find someone, pick your head up stop playing Xbox and go out and meet some people. A lot of you guys are right I def need to read more and read. I deserve constructive criticism. I know it's not something you take lightly. I can appreciate the hate and def appreciate it. I needed it and understand it.

32 and have to be spoon fed?? You live in mommy’s and daddy’s basement?

I have done quite a lot of research. I started this post to get opinions. Not to hear, oh do your research and don't do it, just to be condescending. I asked bc you can do all the research you want and still get screwed. I mean goodness gracious, some of you act like it's such a big deal. Don't respond if you don't have anything nice to say. If your car is messed up, you can do all the research in the world, but in the end with no experience, you are going to go to a mechanic and get his opinion as well bc you don't want to do further damage. I am just trying to be as safe as possible. I think everyone here knows that not everyone has the best intentions. If someone has a fair amount of knowledge about something, you would think you would want to help someone and can appreciate not just jumping into something and do w/e. People don't need to act like ignoramuses. You don't have to act so apoplectically. For what it's worth I do appreciate the help and advice, (good or bad) and I will continue to fact-find and research before making any hasty decisions.

I have done quite a lot of research.... I asked bc you can do all the research you want and still get screwed.

If that was the case, this is what it'd look like if you had car trouble.

"My car is knocking and I want on line to see what could be the problem. Some say to see a mechanic, others say I need to change the plugs and wires. I just replaced my plugs 6 months ago. Do you think if I just replace the wires I'd be ok?"

You did not do that. Not even close. Had you done even the most basic research, even if it was just on eroids. this question would never had been asked. At least not in the way it was.

"I have done quite alot of research" fuck up troll you did no research, if you did you would know the standard first cycle protocol and dosage, lurk on this site and read shit you dum dum -1

Now before you ask anymore questions what are your stats, lifts, years in gym properly training, calories and macros?

Im 6'2 218-220. I'd say 50 % protein, 20-30% fat and 30 carbs a little more or less. I know, not great.

The main issue with your original post is that you have just come out with straight away. I want to do my first cycle, what should I take?

If you’d have started it with a bit of a background on yourself, what you were thinking of running and what you had planned so far, more people would be willing to help.

Tons of people come on this group and instantly expect people to tell them step by step on how to do your first cycle but you need to learn this for yourself as well as getting advise.

And the difference with the car and body is, yes you go to a mechanic, but you need to learn to keep it going yourself as well. You don’t wait for it to go wrong and go to a mechanic because you just thought someone else would sort it for you.

Introduce yourself, ask legitimate questions and you will get legitimate helping answers buddy.

No one is trying to be nasty, just no one knows anything about you or your background knowledge other than your someone else on the internet wanting to take steroids.

Your absolutely right. I came across all wrong and your right. I've been lifting since 8th grade. I work out 5-6 days a week for hour hour and a half and then try to do cardio for 30-45 min. I've been hitting the gym a lot for the past year and a half. I try to eat 50-60% protein and 20-30 fat and 20-30 carbs. Im looking to cut some weight and look more lean. I experimented during school with a little test. I know it has to be stricter. Hopefully, we can start on a better foot this time.

Thank you, for the advice. It does help.

A first cycle should be 1 compound (typically a long ester) modest dosage, for about 8 to 12 weeks and he should have an AI and PCT in hand.

This would be after getting bloodwork to establish a baseline.
The goal would not be primarily for results but to see how he responds; what sides does he get etc.?

It would do him good to do his own research and offer a cycle he intends to take then it is to spoon feed him. Just because you gave him a recipe, doesn't mean he can cook.

And yes, pictures are always good ;-)

Reading about something doesn't make you an expert or qualified; if that was the case I would have been an astronaut in the 4th grade or a firemen or police officer. My best friend is a doctor; still doesn't mean I can give solid medical advice.

Anyways you cant offer advice than say don't do it.

First thing you need to learn is before giving advice you get a history, then you get real age and stats, then by your own research, usage, and history you can dole out advice or help.

I'm irishmack, and I don't remember this message.

Don't be sorry, you didn't know and since your a girl on a predominantly juiced up male forum I don't expect anyone to help you.

All I was saying was this site has plenty of parrot followers, don't become one to make friends or karma. Be yourself.

Safe first round for you.. That's an easy one, DON'T!

MrTwitch's picture

Buddy, you need to do research first and if you’re at this stage, you’re a long way off to being ready for your first cycle.. I, like many others on this forum spent a years researching first before going for it.

You need to learn what different steroids do, AI’s, blood work results and how to adjust certain things if necessary..

It’s not a case of take this for this many weeks a you will look like Arnold by the end of it.

You can search through this forum and if you spend enough time and you’re committed you will learn everything you need from this group to safely create your first cycle.

Research.
