I want to do my first cycle?
ad
I want to do a first cycle, can someone help me do it? I have almost 12 years in the gym, and so far I have decided that I want to go a little higher, I would like someone to guide me more about how to do a first cycle, I have a diet, I am doing a diet and an exercise routine with A personal trainer, told me that if I want to enter the world of steroids, tell him, why my diet would change and the exercise routine too, so if someone can help me I would thank them

If you've been training 12 yrs and are at 155lbs diet is the issue. Whether its not getting enough food in or burning too much off, probably both in your case. If you don't have diet down then there's no reason to be doing a cycle at all.
Ok, I'm understanding this, so I train with no basis, just to try to be in good physical, that was my problem, because I've never done a diet, nor a good routine. Many thanks for your advice to all, and I know where I should start, before thinking about a cycle, I think I will have to start changing all my food and put it on a balance sheet
You see that reply button in the upper right hand side the posts, hit that whenreplying to someone so everything doesn't get discomboombalated here.
I'm new to the site, apology
lmaooooo............ does that mean the same as fuck-up the thread?????????????
Hah.lol. I don't know who is talking to who in this thread.
jjajajaja.hahaha sorry, I'll fix
You got the hang of it now.
thanks, and again sorry
no worries bro...................... here have +3 karma for taking it on the chin :0
I've been reading below. You need to change up your training routine. You need to rest more and stop expending so much energy doing hiit cardio. I suggest you stop all cardio and move to a one day on one day off training split. No more than 45 mins in the gym. Focus on the big compound movements and lift as heavy as you can. The rest of the time you're resting and eating and that's how you grow.
As to diet your I calculate your TDEE at 3000 calories per day. So you need to be eating a minimum of 3500 calories per day, possibly more. This should be made up of 300g protein, 400g of carbs and 77g of fats. This needs to be recalculated once your weight moves by 5lb or more. You need to be eating and taking in some protein every 3 hours or so to keep a postive nitrogen balance. Keep the shakes to a minimum. Say 1 post workout and 1 casein shake before bed. The rest of the food should be whole food - red meat, chicken, fish etc, low GI carbs like brown rice, seeet potato, whole meal pasta etc. You will put on some fat but that is inevitable as you build muscle mass and strength. In fact it's desirable as this will make you stronger which in turn enables you to move more weight which will make your muscles grow. It's nothing to worry about as you simply cut it off once you're ready.
Do this first. Be consistent and there is no way why your shouldn't add 30lb over a year. At which point you will have a decent base Of size and power for you to seriously consider a cycle. Here is a post I write that you may find interesting - https://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/steroid-cycles/my-ruminations-o...
Hope this has been helpful.
Awesome info bro I agree with the protien shakes they are not a substitute for a good healthy meal. A diet has got to be the most important part of a good workout routine if not the most important.
Thanks friend, I appreciate all your attentions, I will start with this base
I'm glad you're willing to listen. Build that base first that way if/when you run a cycle you will likely keep your gains. Good luck and keep us posted
i will, thanks bro
Booooom....................... +3 bro real talk.
Only real talk with me bro. The plus is the OP seems willing to listen. Makes a big difference compared to the norm around here.
This should get him going in the right direction.
why ? I never dieting, I only tried to eat healthy, and when I eat a little more carbohydrates and protein if I go up, but also my percentage of fat goes up
unreal89Going to the gym for 12 years and weight is 155 hmm
6 days a week. and 15 min cardio hiit mood
(DOUBLE FACE PALM)
Thats the problem right there................. if i want to loose weight/size that how i would train.
I had a feeling that is what was going on. Too many succumbing to the idea that the more time they spend in the gym the bigger they will get. I like their exuberance but it backfires on them to many times and then they feel drugs are there only alternative. To often they are not eating enough to compensate for the intense training.
how many days per week are you working out and how much cardio?
breakfast 605kcal, snack 466.2kcal lunch 416.4kcal, snack 519.4kcal dinner 576.6kcal, snack577.7kcal. total 3161kcal, fat grams 119,carb grams303, protein 245 grams, sat fat grams 26,cholesterol grams 926, fiber grams 40 grams, sodium grams 74.8 grams. That's the amount of diet friend, how do you see it?
2000 cal breakfast is a good start for a Bodybuilding goal bro
Makwa is as good as they come with helping dial in your diet.
We need to work on the diet not on putting together a cycle. Can you give me an idea of your cals and macro split?
