HCG and Anavar dosages

Hi guys,
so i've used both Anavar and HCG in the past. I purchased it from a friend of a friend who set up the HCG with the solution. This was back in 2017. I now have a direct source where I can purchase it for a lot less. I purchased the insulin needles (31g 1/2CC), water and 2 - 5kiu bottle. He said I should do 10k to lose 15 pounds in 30 days. I also combined this with 10mg of Anavar.
My question is how much should I inject daily if its a 5k bottle? I've read online between 125iu and 175iu? Is this correct? What number is that on the needle. Sorry if I sound ignorant but its been a really long time and want to be sure I am doing this the correct way and not wasting my money.

The thing about the hCG diet to shred is the diet has to be really dialed in! Most of those walk-in clinics only have people on 500 to 1000 cal a day! I would stick to the lowest dose you possibly can to get the greatest results w/ lowest side effects for both drugs. Then do more of a higher protein diet Also, you are going to be extra fertile while on that protocol! HCG is a common drug used to created a more advantageous environment for pregnancy! I would keep the unprotected sex to a minimal if you’re not on birth control.

a 5000 ml vial mixed with 5 ml of water is 1000 mg/ml
a 5000 ml vial mixed with 10 ml of water is 500 mg/ml

Anavar is a light one. 10 mg of Anavar is used by serious athlets as pre training.
Really, go to read articles before buyung.
At least you need 40-50 mg of anavar and 1000UI HCG a week(begining at 3-4th week) for 70 kg body, but it depends ...
