May and june to see bulk diet and modify yourself a plan. It will be less per meal but number of meals and quality and specific foods together that do different things in the body etc . So much for you to learn and diet is the deal man. There is no magic button I promise. Even those of us who have done this for many many years rely on diet knowing gear is just a tool and not the thing that 20 year olds think it is. Study diet, lift heavy and sleep hard and I bet it will blow your mind. When you cant get another rep dont have your friend help you get one more, have him help you get 5 more!
