Gear
ad
I’m 45-year-old Marine Corps veteran that used to run gear back in the day when I was younger. I’m currently on nine different SARMS and want to get off them and start running some gear again can somebody help me out with a good stacking cycle to take for lean muscle mass? Just looking for a little bit of help with my gear and cycle

DocMcGainsNine SARMs?? Isn't that basically all of them? First things first, get a blood test and check out your lipids and liver enzymes. Most of those SARMs are quite liver toxic. That would also help you get a sense of where your testosterone and estrogen levels are presently. You should probably drop the SARMs a good month before getting blood work, though, and give yourself some time to clear that stuff out. After that you might consider running something.
By "something" I mean testosterone. Just that. And not like a ton of it, either - start with a modest dose to see how your body and blood work responds. I'm talking like 80mg per week. At 45, and coming off a boat load of SARMs your natural testosterone will probably be in the toilet, so you might time a blood test with your doctor, or a TRT clinic, and get a legit prescription for testosterone. Avoid scammy online TRT clinics that will charge you more than they should, don't take insurance, and will give you a boilerplate protocol. Start low and slow, ideally with a physician, and just see how you respond. Stick to that low dose for 2 months before increasing it, and increase it before you even consider adding in additional compounds. I am 40, and I hung around at 100mg/week for a good long while before I even pushed my test up above 200 on my first mini-cycle. I noticed significant changes at that 100mg/week dose: better body composition, more energy, better sex drive etc.
When you have put in that time and gotten bloods and basically established a baseline, THEN you can experiment a bit. If your doctor is cool, you might tell them. But they also might accuse you of abuse and pull your script so be careful. Personally, I have not informed my doctor about the cycles I run in between regular blood work (which I get every six months - I pay for mid-cycle bloods out of pocket, and get an annual draw as part of my TRT treatment). The most popular TRT+ add-ons are well-established: primobolan, masteron, anavar. I have used all three in combination with different testosterone doses. Mast and var wreck my lipids, while primo seems to have the lowest side-effect profile. But everyone is different. Again, the low+slow rule applies. If you want to run a primo-test cycle, start by increasing your test modestly, titrating up in 2-4 week increments (remember, test esters are slow and so blood serum saturation takes time). A lot of guys will be like "Anything less than 600mg of primo is a waste!" That has not been my experience. I did well, with no sides and no effect on my key blood markers, on 200 primo and 250 test. But again, everyone is different. I started that cycle with 120mg of test, no primo, and then increased gradually. I added 100mg primo when my test hit 200, and then titrated them up in tandem. I ran that for 16 weeks, and felt great, looked great, and kept the lean mass when I came back down to my TRT cruise of 120mg/week.
So, in short, DROP THE SARMs. You're a grown man; pin test. Get blood work first. Go low and slow, and be smart. Us old guys need to be a bit more cautious. Best of luck!
