Hmmm… IMO I would go to minor emergency clinic and tell them when they asked that I was taking testosterone.. You don't want to run into an issue with combating medicines, and they can't throw you in jail for it. It's not your primary care provider either so the information is kept private. I think that's what I'd do.

I had a buddy who got sick and got antibiotics, and a zpack on cycle. He felt like shit because of the hormones and steroids they gave him being in his system at the same time. So he told them a couple days later he was on test after it hadn't worked the way it should have been.

So, thats my answer lol. Idk what anyone else would do.
