First Test Cycle
ad
Looking to do my first test cycle soon. I've read and researched enough to know that a noob's first cycle should consist of either Test Cyp or Enanthate, and from what I gather the two are pretty much interchangeable. I was just wondering from any experienced users out there, what they think of Sustanon 250 as a first cycle?

RustyhookerPosting up your full cycle plan will get good info. Doss below runs the beginners group. Drop downs up top. The others added great input. Fill us in buddy.
Sustanon was my first cycle and It was a roller coaster ride. Estrogen is harder to control and side effects are more prevalent. Stick to a single ester while you learn how to control estro and how your body reacts. You'll love the cycle if you do it right.
I used Sust as my first cycle. I'll just say it was a bad idea. I had no idea about levels our estro abd was pinning 2x a week. It should been eod. Anyway I got horrible acne abd lost all gains. Second cycle I did test E @500 a week. I think if your going to do a cycle. You should research a couple years first. Find someone who has done many cycles. Because honestly you have no ideas what your in for. This cycling is more complex than you think. Trial abd error. I'm just telling you cause I thought I researched enough and found out the hard way I knew nothing. Good luck
TronGlad you registered bro.. I see you are 30 years old but we are going to need more info such as diet, weight, body fat, for a proper assessment. However, I can tell you a one compound cycle such as cyp or enanth is the only way to go for your first cycle. Sustanon is considered as a four compound test because of the different esters it contains and is not reccommended. It's harder to keep your levels stable and if you are not use to it it can for sure cause more sides and mood swings than cyp or enanth. stick with one compound and keep it at around 500mg a week or so. No need to go much higher because your body is REALLY going to respond to all the extra test it's not use to and you will honestly be wasting the test at a higher dosage. You want to enjoy your first cycle... not struggle with it and deal with nasty sides and sus can do this to you on your first cycle. You also didn't mention pct and running an AI along with your cycle. We can chat more about this when you post the required stats. Thanks brother.
Stats:
30 years old
5'10"
210 lbs
Bf: haven't measured. Probably 15-18%.
I've been training pretty hard and consistently for 10 years. Diet hasn't always been on point so never have gotten as lean as I would like but I'm changing that right now.
As far as pct goes, I'll probably run Clomid or nolvadex. I've read that you can run them together as well. But I've also read that clomid has some pretty shitty sides. For AI, I'm trying to read up and see what the better option is: aramosin or arimidex. Any suggestions?
Regarding the actual cycle, i agree with you and everyone else, it definitely sounds best to just start with cyp or e. Maybe sustanon somewhere down the road in the future. Thanks for your input.
As far as AI's go, have both on hand. You may not need either, and you may not like one or the other. If you're rakjng the plunge, you're going to have to learn how your body responds.
The clomid and the nolva are really inseperable. The are substitutes for clomid. Read everything you can. There's tons of info under the search bar.
Plan pre and mid cycle bloods. How will you know if you need an ai? Or what is working best for you? They're pretty crucial so you know what's happening.
Don't do anything until you have everything you need in had. Murphy's law is a bitch.
People don't really touch on this one with beginners cycles, but do you donate blood or have a plan to? It's healthy to bleed the system while on.
Good luck.
Just use test c, test e, or you can combine both, like 125mg/125mg per shot two times per week. Either AI will work. One inhibits aromatase and blocks estrogen at the receptor site and the other one destroys estrogen. Which ever you choose to use monitor your bloodwork and your signs and symptoms of high/low estrogen. Also, your PCT should consist of both Clomid(100/100/50/50) in divided doses throughout the day and Nolvadex (40/40/20/20) at night before you go to sleep for the cycle you want to run.
