First Ever Cycle
ad
So after all my research I've decided this would be my best cycle;
wk 1-4 - 30-50mg of dianabol everyday
wk 1-10 - 500mg of Test E (two injections a week of 250ml or of 200)
I would have novladex on hand
And clomid for PCT
Any suggestions or tweaks? I'd probably be ordering from (censored) so I'd ke to know if they are trusted

dbol and 500mg of test will produce a lot of estrogen. I would go with adex every other day at 0.25mgs to 0.5mg would help with the bloat.
Thanks for the advice guys. I've always been that tall thin kid my entire life and even when I started weight training a few years back I find it extreamlt difficult to gain any mass. I do see my lifting numbers get a little bit bigger but it takes an extremely long time and I'd just like to speed that up. I eat a plate of eggs in the morning and I also eat a lot of chicken and dairy. Occasionally I'll sit down and have a big steak. I'm in college so it's hard for me to keep the diet consistent all the time but I do try to eat healthy and lift regularly. I easily eat more than anybody on my floor.
What I think I may do is keep training regularly but if I don't see some improvements with a refurbished diet I'm gonna go the AaS route over the summer.
Nasty81NateDef a good idea to wait til the summer. It's really hard to dedicate the time and energy a proper cycle deserves while your going to school. Wait til the summer at least for sure. Good luck with that diet bro.
But besides my cycle I posted, what would you adjust?
Nasty81NateJust go to jaycutler.com/blueprints
I think it's very wise of you to hold off for a while and try going natural for now. The option for gear will always be there, but you want EVERYTHING to be at it's prime so you can reap the full benefits of that first cycle.
tread-mI think you need to research diets for building brother. I do it all the time so let me do it again. A free one is jaycutler.com click the blueprints tab and look over the bulking phase back earlier in the year. This will give you an idea of whether or not you're even close in terms of eating to build. Number of meals is important as well. You cant eat those sorts of volumes in food without a ghrelin producer such as hgh but you can modify it from a caloric standpoint to fit your goal and ability. Its test only and the 500 split is fine. Pull the dbol and come in right and learn the compounds adding one per cycle. You dial that diet in on that test and do everuthing right and you will gain. Keeping it is about keeping the diet dialed in post cycle during and after pct. Success is in the food bro. I know your body composition below so I'm hoping you're mid 20's at least?
Before I give any advice, let me preface by saying: it sounds to me like your diet and training aren't perfect. If you're 6'3" and only 170, you obviously haven't been training/eating correctly for very long, and you might be jumping on the AAS bandwagon a little too early.
That being said:
That's a solid first cycle, though I would grab some adex, and use that throughout and save the nolva for your PCT. Also, grab some HCG. It'll help the recovery process a lot.
You say you have a hard time gaining weight, and you'd be pretty pissed if you gained 20 lbs, then lost half of it due to bad PCT.
Nasty81NateCycle looks g2g. Not sure about the source though. D-Bol would be fine at 30 mg ed, make sure you split the dosage up evenly throughout the day. Also post your dosages for the clomid, you need to have the whole cycle mapped out before you start. Stats and diet info helps too.
I eat very very healthy everyday, I have since day 1... I workout almost everyday but I just don't see the gains I want to... I'm 6' 3" and 170 lbs
What source would you recommend for my needs?
Nasty81NateSources aren't just handed out on here like candy bro...do a lot more research on the board and you shouldn't have a hard time figuring out what's up. If your looking to put on some mass, maybe you should look into tweaking your diet and getting there as much as you can naturally before you jump into a cycle. Getting your diet figured out first will help you prepare for your first cycle much better than anything else. At your height and weight, you shouldn't have any problems packing it on.
The thing is I've been working out pretty solidly for 2.5 years. I eat protein like it's my job. Over those years I hardly have gained anything in terms of mass and weight. I use free weights and do laps in a pool
AnonYou say you work out regularly, yet don't gain any weight.. Then you describe your diet as "eating protein like it's your job".. Something tells me your diet isn't as good as you think if you just think eating protein is the key. If your eating right and working out, you WILL gain weight..
Unless of course your an ectomorph...
If so check this out

Not necessarily, I am 40 and if I don't eat 5 meals a day plus protein drinks I loose weight. Some people are genetically dis positioned to be slim. If I ate like a normal human(3 meals and snacks) I would be a buck 70 My metabolism is out of control for my age. I went to my girls family reunion in the Bronx this past summer and played football, volley ball, and softball all day and I tired out the teenagers. If he is eating at least 3-4000 calories and at least his weight in protein it might just be his metabolism. He needs to understand his body and do what his body needs to get to his goals.
AnonHence why I gave him a link to info on just that to get him started along with my comment.. ;P
Perhaps I could tweak my diet, however I still feel like I should have seen some good results over the last couple of years but I'm still thin and can only very occassionaly lift a little more than usual. It is very frusturating because just as that article says, I'm an ectomorph. I would just like to see a difference in my body mass
You sound like you have a super high metabolism like me, post your diet or pm it to me and I will give my diet that I had designed for me by a nutritionist. Maybe that will help with your goals.
Nasty81NatePost what you typically eat everyday, and also what type of lifting you do every week. Be specific!
