+ 6 First cycle ever - Test E
Hi guys,
The time has come where I've been thinking long and hard about using anabolic steroids to aid my training.
Background info
26 year old male
7/8 year weight training history
currently sitting at about 215lbs and approx 6ft 3
anyway, as with many beginner cycles I've decided upon this:
Week 1-12 Test Enanthate 250mg E3D
Introduce AI at week 3/4
Week3/4-11 adex @ 0.25mg E3D
which is then tapered down to 0.125mg in Week 12
(depending on sides/mood etc the adex doses will be adjusted accordingly)
2weeks after last pin of Test E move onto pct cycle
Week 14 - 16
nolva 40mg ED
clomid 100mg ED
Week 16-18
Nolva 20mg ED
Clomid 50mg ED
Now, I've also read on a few people using aromasin as their AI and running it from
Week 4-14 @ 12.5mg EOD (this dose again would be adjusted accordingly and 12.5 may even be slightly too high)
Week 14-16 @ 6.25mg EOD
If using Aromasin in this way would this then mean that you would drop Clomid from the PCT and just stack it with the Nolva??
I hope I've picked up on that correctly!
I'm trying to get as much information as possible on this subject before diving into it and would appreciate any views/experiences you guys have on this!
Any other questions feel free to ask
Many thanks in advance
p.s with regards to bloodwork - i'll be getting this done before starting any cycle

just doing some research on bloodwork here and what needs to be tested.
So the pre-cycle test level is an obvious one
what other tests are needed for this cycle?
from what I've read these are needed too:
LH
FSH
Oestradiol
would yous recommend anything else?
Cholesterol level / liver / kidney tests?
thanks!
AnonAll of this if you can...

Looks like you're in good hands with the guys below. +1 for being prepared!
You are getting off to a great start on Eroids by doing things the right way. +3
Will you be getting bloods during and after the cycle? Really the only way to nail your AI dose is with bloods
Other than that you did a great job with researching man, I dont have any changes to say! Which is rare lol
AnonAromasin does not replace clomid in pct, you can run all 3 in pct but nolva/clomid should be a staple.
Nicely done, good to see a more serious approach to a first cycle.
What are you goals if I may ask? And diet?
thank you for the response and of course, ask away! I'll try and give you all as detailed a breakdown as possible and if theres anything else I leave out, please ask!
My goals are to build as much lean mass as I can - I do like to try and stay fairly lean all year round (not always with visible abs but still quite lean)
At present I've got quite a good bit of size on my shoulders/chest legs and arms. Back would undoubtedly be my strongest and most defined area. Over the course of the cycle I'd be looking to add lean tissue to these areas while cutting away the retained water and adipose tissue
heres my diet
7am sirloin Steak and cashews. Greens shake, multi vitamin, cod liver oil
10.30am - 300g tub of cottage cheese and grapefruit /// or 4 boiled eggs (3egg white, 1 whole)
12.45 - 2xtins of tuna and broccolli
3.45 - 1.5 large chicken breasts with hot sauce
Intra Training Bcaa's
Post Training
Bowl of cereal - for the glycogen spike
Whey protein shake with 5g creatine
post workout meal
Sweet potato and 2 chicken fillets
22.30 - 200g lean mince with which ive added avocado, red onions, garlic, peppers.
(this is all cooked up in batch on sundays and wednesdays)
also depending on if I need to get extra calories in, or had a high volume training session, il have a shake before bed with some oats added in
i try to weight train at least 6 x per week which are all fairly high intensive. I train heavy and keep the rest time down as much I can within reason!
and will be adding in HIIT in the mornings before work 3x p/w
Someone has done his homework............. +3 bro
thanks pal. its a serious topic - not to be messed with! Just trying to gather as much information as possible before starting. There is ALOT to learn! haha
I've came to the right place!
