Nein fraulein.
Sorry bro but your body makes that testosterone on its own. Someone local is clearly giving you bad advise and I'd listen to all the experienced guys here if I were you.
You need to eat, train and sleep. That's it!
You wanna cone back and talk about nutrition and exercise inwill help .. delete this before you get the hammer your to young
Guys have you below. You're too young with too little base. A cycle may fry your axis (which is still developing at 22) leaving you dependant on trt for the rest of your life. Given the gains you could expect with what little muscle base you have it's not worth it. The fact you have set your macros as you have shows where your focus should be. Catalyst had a diet clinic. Post up there and learn to eat eat eat and you will grow. Do this right, show commitment to training and resting and revisit when you're older and have a proper base.
unreal89You have bo basic knowledge and your not of age for AAS work on your diet and training you will make progress
Testrogen_PropC...Sorry bud, but gear advice isn't given on this forum to people 25 and under, and frankly at 152 lbs at 13%, there's no reason for you to be taking steroids any time in the near future. There are some really knowledgeable guys here that will give you top of the line diet and training advice though, I think you should take them up on it.
I am hoping that you have come looking for honest feedback and plan to based your choices on educated feedback that you get from the community.
to be very cut and dry, I think this is a very bad idea. if you had done adequate research on this site you would already know that 22 is way too young, not to mention you have little base to begin with.
please feel free to browse the forum, specifically the training and nutrition sections because there is a plethora of knowledge and great guys willing to help you dial in your diet. you are able to gain some great weight at your age with the right diet and exercise.
are you willing to change this thread into what your diet and training should be like to achieve great results naturally?
