I’m going to run my first cycle in November. I’m going to do 100 testc 250iu of hcg twice a week and 25mg of var a day. Is there anything I should change or add and will I need a ai for this or should I just have one just in case?

Bro, 100mg of Test C twice a week is only 200mg total. That's basically a TRT replacement dose, not a blast. You are going to shut down your natural testosterone production just to end up with slightly above-average natural levels. Bump it to 400-500mg if you want actual cycle results. You absolutely need to have an AI on hand just in case, but at 200mg you probably won't need to touch it. Also, 25mg of Anavar is a very low dose, and most UGL Anavar is faked with Winstrol anyway. I strictly use 1 0 x - m u s c l e for my Anavar to guarantee it's real oxandrolone. Honestly, drop the Var for your first run and just do Test at a proper dose to see how you react.
Why do kiddos always wanna run var? What the heck is it about anavar that makes kids and fat guys salivate?

Im not going to tell you what should take, that depends on your goals.. but the important things here are 1) 200mg is going to shut down your natural test levels and the results from the 200mg are not worth it and 2) drop the Var.. first cycle is always Test only.
