First Cycle

ad

I'm looking into my options when it comes to running my first cycle. I'm currently only running trt at 200mg a week of test c.
Should I just up the dosage or add another compound to it? I don't want nothing too crazy for my first cycle.

Bro is already cycling and doesn't realize that Lol

Yea...when I'm off cycle I drop to 125mg a week. Gets me to high normal.

What are your levels at 200mg per week?

When I started trt 283 and 4 weeks ago it read at 1500 and E2 at 50

That's not TRT. You are well over the upper normal level. On top of that, if you drew bloods in the early morning the day before you pin, when it is at its lowest. Your peak is way higher than that!

TRT is to give your body a rest. This is not that. You are on a never ending cycle.

Next few years, plastic surgeons will be raking it in for "gyno" procedures, post "TRT Clinic" regimens, internet bro protocols, etc.

I agree

Nah I messed that one up because I did it the day after injecting but I just did another one 2 days ago with the proper timing. Just waiting on results now

You should be getting a low of around 600. The peak would be about 50% higher, or around 900 to 1000. Anything more you'll need to adjust down.

If you don't, you are not giving your body the rest it needs. High BP, cholesterol, RBC, estrogen issues, etc. etc.

Most on TRT take less than 100 mg per week. The average dose falls between 50 to 100 per week. You are way over that amount.

Yeah I get what you are saying. They started me up at 200mg right away. I can adjust accordingly once I get my results back. I did a full panel. I got all the other results but the testosterone

You will see better results if you periodically go down to true TRT. It's similar for me whenever I give up drinking and then start again. Turns me back into a cheap date haha

An endo doctor would start you low and work your way up with bloods every 6 weeks when you reach peak levels and then adjust accordingly.

Now, not have you not only invited a bunch of sides, it'll be harder to find your new baseline.

If your levels are still high (greater than 600-700) I would skip a week or two and test to see where you're at. If you're low normal (300 +/-) I would start with 50 or 60 and get bloods again in 6 weeks. Then keep upping your dose if needed by 10mg until you get to that 600 +/- range.

Once you are dialed into that as your low range (2 or 3 blood tests over several months) then you can start thinking of running a cycle ("blasting") for a few weeks.

Dude just up the test bro. Use the least ammount that you can make decent gains. My first cycle I went from trt dose test to just 300 or 350 and it was amazing.

I would honestly just up the Test to 500 man. Others will say add a little masteron or primo, but those are hard to come by right now. I am definitely a "Test is Best" kinda guy.

This could get messy - poor bug is gonna get squashed underneath us 2 Lmao

polanco1992's picture

That's what I was aiming for honestly. I'm still seeing results from running 200mg so once everything starts to settle down a bit I'll adjust the dose accordingly. Thanks for your help.

How long have you been on TRT and what is your training history?

Training for 6 years consistently and competing for 2 years and I've been on trt for 8 weeks now. I don't see too many changes yet but my muscle fullness is definitely improved. They never look as flat anymore
