Being super strict with my calories had helped me cut as I've gotten over 40. I've also found albuterol has produced great results in conjuction with diet.
RustyhookerPost picture. No face shots. We get a lot a fake mass monsters.
You got blood to prove thyroid or lazy? I'd choose better diet.
Goals?
Thyroid levels and test levels are very low.
Everything else was good. I will work on getting you a pic.
16 weeks t3??
Have you done that before?
Seems like a one way ticket to a fucked thyroid
No I haven't but I'm only running t3 for the last 3 weeks bro. Where did u get 16?
I totally jacked up the cycle. The t3 is only the last 3 weeks guys It wa a typo.
I researched the topic and all the research said that the thyroid will start producing naturally after coming off without any issues.
I can't run clen due to taking a beta blocker.
Is ther another fat burner you would recommend instead?
Having hypothyroidism and running tren seems like a shit fest of symptoms. Are you diagnosed with hypothyroidism? Goiter? Running t4 or t3 imo is playing with fire. Absolutely unnecessary. Diet alone would yield healthier results. Veteran or not, you're playing teeter totter with your endo system
Word!!!
+1
Bro I'm only running the t3 for 3 weeks at the most so why all the fuss?
I don't see how in any way, shape or form that running T3 for 3 weeks is going to help you at all. All I see are negatives.
What would you recommend then bro? I was just looking to accelerate fat loss a bit.
I don't recommend that anyone use it. I get out on stage at sub 5% bf and I don't need to use it. The problem with T3 is that it is non-selective in the tissue it burns. It will burn up just as much muscle as it does fat. So after you have ran it you will probably have dropped some weight but unfortunately alot of it will likely be muscle also. So now you have just burned off a bunch of muscle and this will result in a slower metabolism which will now result in you gaining fat much easier afterwards. The rebound can be terrible. I for one work way to hard for every ounce of muscle so I stay away from anything that is going to eat it up. It can take me a month or more to put on a pound of muscle but I can drop a pound fat in a couple of days just naturally. Doesn't make sense to take T3 and lose pounds of muscle that will take me a half year to gain back just to drop a few pounds of fat which can easily be done over the course of a few weeks with diet and cardio and save all my precious muscle to boot.
Makes since. Although AAS does create a muscle sparing environment, you will still likely still lose some muscle. Well the idea of doing that has now been taken out. It was on a whim that a friend of mine suggested but of course I wanted to get feedback before doing so. Appreciate all the info guys.
RustyhookerBecause we care....
Cool
RustyhookerCutting. Why not simple test, mast and var tail end. Var is highly anabolic and kills appetite. Strength boost too.
Your stats show you obviously know what your doing, I certainly wasn't questioning that.
My limited research of t3 was it did irreversible damage to your heart. Some research can be exaggerated that's why I was asking if you had ran it that long before.
I've tried different fat burners and my favourite ones are the epherdrine amps but I've stopped using them all, they just make me feel weird.
Holly shit I missed that lol
I've never ran it but I assumed it was used the last 4-6 weeks of a show.
I don't get why t3 is even an option when extra cardio will more than do the job and safely lol
Thanks bro. Also I checked my bf just now and it was at 18%. I was guessing earlier like a dumbass.
18% isn't bad bro. I'd drop/low carbs and add in cardio to get it to 15% prior to adding in the gear. More body fat we have the more estrogen we make!
I do cardio an hour a day and train weights 5 days
No no no
Wk1-8....400-500cals below maintenance, 45 mins steady state cardio ed
Wk8-12...recalculate weight and cals...500cals below maintenance...30min hitt workout 5dwk
Wk12-goal.....recalculate weight cals macros every 2-3 wks.....cardio 5 times wk along with weights
Keep cals below a maintenance, cheat meal every 10 days.....
Work your ass off and earn it! Winny, t3, anavar blah blah blah wont give it to you...YOU have to earn it!
you clearly haven't a fecking clue as to what you are doing
go to the diet forum
If you don't have anything constructive to say then don't comment at all!
That was a VERY constructive comment based on the info you supplied - which has now changed
pics??
"go to the diet forum" seems constructive to me
YES!!
Thank you for having the balls I apparently am lacking to say this!!
Gear for 17+ years and you're over 3 bills with 30% bf...all the gear isn't going to outweigh your obviously horrible diet...
Be is 18% bro i didn't check it earlier before I wrote that.
Seems an awful lot to me. And as someone who has hypothyroidism and understands all too well the problems associated with a screwy thyroid gland I wouldn't mess with t3. The thyroid hormones are the master hormones.
Hate it. drop your bodyfat naturally with cardio and cleaner eating
