+ 1 EQ and RBC

ad

What's up, gentlemen? Wondering if anyone can add some first hand experience with running EQ and donating a pint every once and a while....and no, I don't mean tossing your Guinness back out at the urinal like a sprinkle later tonight for Patty's day!
I am on a standard 200 mg dose of cyp each week for trt (3.5 yrs) and will be adding eq for 16-20 wks along with some var or tbol near the end of cycle. I am also running some growth here as well. Have lots of rips that are getting tested and about a kit of Nords. I have 5 cycles under my belt both before and after trt, and ran all but the eq of this cycle last year (cyp, growth, and var - still up in the air about tbol instead of var). Diet is on point and been training for a decade. Arimidex is used as I need it and is on hand. Any other info needed please ask.
Is it standard to donate blood every month or two? Just dose and individual dependent?
I know it's a general question that requires bloods for accuracy, that is why I am just looking for some user experience here. I will likely be checking blood a few times during that period, but would greatly appreciate some feedback before getting started.

i donated just before i started current cycle but i am already jumping back up with my numbers, here is another thread on this similar. it might give you some more info.

I just posted this in another topic in the General discussion a few minutes ago but I ran into your thread so here it goes:

I just gave a pint of blood today after giving last giving blood 8 weeks ago (I donate 1pint of whole blood every 8 weeks) -- and my hemoglobin levels were at HIGH at 19.0 g/dL -- they told me the cut off range for hemoglobin to donate blood was 18.9. Luckily I was still able to donate (barely).

Hemoglobin values in healthy people usually fall within the following ranges:
Men: 13.8 – 17.2 g/dL
Women: 12.1 – 15.1 g/dL

It seems when even donating blood every eight weeks my levels still come back high.

I should also add that I have been running EQ at 800mg/w for the last twenty weeks. This will be the last time I will use EQ due to the marginal gains to high blood count ratio.

So in summary, EQ has raised my RBC, hemocrit, and hemoglobin through the roof. I was actually going to run the shit another 2 weeks but after today my bloods still being so high after just donating 8 weeks ago, I threw the vial away when I got home.

Good luck though!

Thanks of sharing your experience bro. +1

Maybe you found another reason why more is not always better? I still find it hard to believe that you need so much of it to assist in lean muscle mass; hence why I am doing really well on 400 a week versus 800-1G.

just because it is very common to hear "you gotta run the shit over 600mg for at least 16 weeks to see it work" -- i just wanted to see what the deal was, so i ran it to see what it was worth.

what do you hope to accomplish running EQ at 400mg/w?

Balance.

I personally think through my research the higher the dose; the more you will want to watch yourself. I do agree on some of the sides as even myself on 400 a week my face and skin get a tint of red and my BP is right on the line for hypertension. BUT it's like any other aas; you have to listen to your body and keep your eyes peeled for any signs.

Be careful on donating to frequently. This will likely cause your iron levels to drop.

with eq blood pressure needs to be monitored closely, possible side affects can include reddening of the skin, headaches and itchy feet in the shower especially, a trick I use when donating blood- tell the dr you had unprotected sex and you wish to be tested for stds, it works and its free, they take a nice amount of blood too, a baby asprin can be taken daily to subside symptoms, cant stress enough too watch blood pressure, hawthorn berry extract is a good natural supplement that can be taken daily to help with this.

I donated just because of the RBC info ive read suggested it would be good. I cant remember but i think its every 6 weeks they allow you to donate, not sure though. your gonna have to lie a whole bunch during the interview and on the paperwork.
