Endurance/Strength Training (1st Cycle)
ad
I am 25, 5'10, 220lbs and about 15% bf. Former College Football Player. I have 10 years of weight training experience under my belt and I am trying to figure a way to jump start my endurance/strength training. I injured my shoulder and need to get back on the horse. I do not want to put on a lot of size but rather increase my muscle endurance and strength. I am new to AAS but have a good friend who knows a good amount about gear and would like some professional advice as well.
I was thinking Test E and EQ for 12 weeks with frontload. Should I run these at a low dosage or just run it at 500mg Test E and 600mg EQ? Obviously I will be running on cycle support with Aromasin and PCT with Clomid/Nolvadex...
What do you guys think?

Thanks everyone for the input. Would it be suitable just to run peptides like GHRP-2 and CJC w/ no Dac? Or is it preferred to run just purely hgh? Also, I injured myself about 2 years ago but never received any type of treatment/therapy for it. I have been lifting since but I am trying to get in peak physical performance. Thanks.
AnonTo my knowledge there is NO comparing peptides to real HGH. Not even in the same ball park. If you can afford it go with the HGH without a doubt.... I really wish I could afford it lol.
That's not to say there can't be any benefit to using certain peptides at all but someone else would have to comment on this since I don't use them. As far as the healing properties - I highly doubt anything will seriously help you but HGH but again could be wrong.
If you're dead set on doing anything at all gear wise it's already been said, one compound at a time. It'd be hard not to enjoy a test only first cycle properly planned particularly if you can afford to run some HGH along with it. I know EQ gets a lot of praise as a newbie friendly safe drug.... but it can also be very dangerous don't buy into that.
AAS and injuries don't mix. HGH would be a better option to help but my knowledge is very very very basic on growth so you would better off asking some if the older guys/peptide board.
Go to rehab to get fixed up and weight lift/eat to recover then once your 100%, that's when you could start entertaining AAS use.
Best of luck with your injury tho
I would not jump on AAS to heal an injury that is a recipe for disaster. I would get back into the swing of things naturally. Eat properly.
You can however, if your budget permits incorporate HGH at a low level (3iu ED Pharma grade) to help with recovery. Eight months of that would do wonders for your recovery (provided there is no permanent damage).
bigunLike Flash said, definitely lose the Eq.
How long ago was the injury. Done any lifting at all since? If you've been out for say 6 months then start your first cycle your lifts are going to skyrocket from even the pre injury pr. This just has reinjury potential written all over it.
hey bro , one compound first cycle, wich would be test. what is your diet like? any other supps? the problem i would question is you shoulder additonal strength means additional strain,
