Detailed Sustanon+Tren Enant+Oxandrolone+Clen Cycle and Mct/Pct and Many Questions :)

Hello,
I start to workout again after 8 months break. I am looking a lean mass+fat loss. My last cycle was 2 years ago. I am not a full time steroid user. This will be my 5th or 6th cycle and actually i forgot many things about cycling Biggrin
My biggest concern was i can't keep my gains at the end of the cycles. I think i am missing something in nutrition, pct or training.

My Current stats:
Age:38
Height: 5,5 ft (168 cm)
Weight: 180 pounds (82 kg)
Fat: 19%
15 years Training experience

My "On Cycle" Nutrition TDEE:2480 cal:
Week 1-4: 1980 cal.= Pro:198gr/Carb:100gr/Fat:85gr
Week 5-12: 2980 cal. =Pro:290gr /Carb:160 gr /Fat:132 gr
Multi vit+min, fish oil, NAC 600(for liver)

My cycle 10 Weeks (or 8 maybe?):
Week 1-4: Clen 80mcg/day
Week 1-4: Oxandrolone 40 mg/day
Week 1-10: Sustanon: 500-750mg/week (EOD )
Week 1-10: Trenbolone Enant: 400 mg/week (2 times a week)
Week 1-12: Armidex: 0,25mg /Every 3 days
Week 1-12: Dostinex(caber) 0,5mg/week (2 times/week)
Week 1-12: HCG 500-800 iu/week (twice a week) at week 13: 2000-3000 iu/week

PCT:
4 Weeks after last injection or after blood tests results
Week 14-18: Nolvadex 40-20-20-20 mg/each week
Week 14-18: Clomid 20-10-10-10 mg/each week

My "Post Cycle" Nutriton:
SAME as on cycle: 2980 cal. Protein:290gr /Carb:160gr /Fat:132 gr
Muti vit+min, Kingsize Nutrition Off Cycle 180, Zinc, fish oil, BCAA+Glutamine, NAC 600 (for liver)

QUESTIONS:
1) The blood tests that i need to go before and after cycle was:
LH/FSH,
total+free testo,
SHBG,
E2(estradiol),
Comp. Blood,
LDL+HDL,
Liver(AST/ALT/GGT/Bilirubin),
PSA,
Insulin+Glucose
is that correct??? Or need any other test?
2) How it's look like my "on" and post "cycle" Nutrition?
3) How long should i wait to take blood tests before i start to PCT
4) I am planing to stop my workout 10 days after while i inject my last dose and until the end of the PCT to not load too much stress to my body while recovering. Is this a correct opinion or should i do something low level training like full body etc?
5) I am always using HCG in cycles but still experiencing testicular atrophy while in cycle. So i will increase the dose of HCG, what do you think? Am i missing something?
6) Do i need any other supplement/drug for PCT?
7) Is NAC 600mg enough for liver protection?
8) Should i inject sustanon EOD or 2 times/week?

Thanks for the answers. Specially Makwa and simonmagus84. I will change my cycle and wait more to go cycle. Do you have any article for me to read about cycling and nutrition in the forum? As i sad before My biggest concern is can't keep my gains at the end of the cycles. I think i am missing something in nutrition, pct or training.

Ok, I have had a little time to digest all of this. First off, you have been off for 8 months. You need at least a solid year in the gym with proper training and nutrition before I would even think of running a cycle. You really have no natty mass on you. Proper cycling weight you would only be 160lb with 10% BF. You don't need steroids at that weight, you need proper nutrition and well thought out training plan. Should be easy to put on 10lbs of quality weight and drop bodyfat within that timeframe. Until then cycle is kind of pointless. This is also the time for you to learn proper nutrition. Why do you think you lose all your gains when you come off cycle. Should be a red flag that you are not eating right. You have to eat to maintain that muscle and you obviously aren't. If you can't put on some natty muscle and maintain it you sure aren't going to maintain it after a cycle. So learn how to eat properly now.

One of my pet peeves here is the famous recomp cycle. You want to gain muscle and lose fat on your cycle. Don't we all. So, you tell me how you can gain muscle which requires a calorie surplus and lose fat which requires a calorie deficit both at the same time. My preference for you would be to gain quality mass while minimizing fat gain since you are pretty light to begin with. Don't need to be running a cutting cycle or there will be nothing left of you.

As far as your on-cycle nutrition, I don't see much muscle gain happening with that. You should be hitting 1k cals above your TDEE. Look into cyclic bulking protocol. Get down to 10% BF and then bounce between 10% and 12% BF. Once you hit 12% then do a mini cut then back to bulk and so on. Quickest way to gain slabs of muscle and very little fat.

Now your cycle. That cycle is trash. Clen, var, tren, nope. If your low myostatin and virgin receptors can't make significant gains off of test e, then hang up your cycling gloves. Here is a pro tip: results come from diet and training, not the compounds you pump into you. You can pin as much shit as you want until it is coming out of your eyeballs but you won't make any gains if your diet isn't structured right.

Enough said here. Read through my forums and you will figure out what you have been doing wrong and the right way to do it.

Sounds like u have a a few of the fundamentals thought out. Eat right, train hard, and keep ur cycle simple.

There are a lot of red flags in your post.

1. You forgot many things about cycling yet proceed to lay out an advanced cycle incorporating Tren and Clen which is terrible for your health.

2. You had an 8 month lay off, why not train for a year like I did after a two year layoff? Your frame can grow naturally with proper training and nutrition.

3. I’ll say it again, you’re not ready for Tren. I’m on it now at 14% BF- I did 3 cycles in last 6 years and I made the mistake because I wanted to expedite the process which is wrong and sound like what you want to do.

4. Your BF is way too high for Anavar

5. You should run Sust a little longer anyway if you were to cycl, maybe 12-14 weeks

My advice, take a year and hit the weights and nutrition hard and you’ll most likely hit your goals without AAS. After that, maybe run a 12week cycle of test E and Var at a low dose?
