Ok, the best way to do this is to keep it simple if you are a beginner. Since you are on TRT then you can blast and cruise indefinitely. A good way of doing it would be to add a compound at a time with each cycle. Bridging with anavar is unnecessary as you already have test c and not advanced.

(It's 10/12 weeks because your gains might slow down by week 10 so there's no point in continuing or they may still continue to week 12. It's personal preference)

As you can see before running tren you can get in a lot of good cycles and great gains with weaker compounds. These are progressive cycles so don't just start on blast 4, start on blast 1 and work your way down. Also, if you do blast 2, for example, and really like it then there's no harm in repeating it again. Cruise dose is 100mg because that's your TRT dose and no AI is required at that dose.

AI use is important through all the blasts but you have to find a dose that is correct for you and it can change depending on which compounds you use. I recommend for blast 1 starting on 0.5mg Arimidex e3d and adjust from there. Tren would require caber on hand as well to control prolactin.
