cycle plan with tren e/sust/deca

Hey guys I have cycled each one of these compounds individually and even the sust and deca together in a cycle. I am looking for a cycle schedule to cycle these. Also I have nolva and hcg for pct. Am I going to need anything else to run during cycle as an anti estrogen and anti gyno? I have researched and found many conflicting responses as to how to cycle these together as well as the pct. Thank you!!

show us what cycle will look like in order to help u better , you also need to take some anti progesterone if you going to be running deca and tren together , caberlgoline will be my choice..

DEF more info: age, stats, cycle history, goals etc...

and i would guess ur experience and/or history is not that extensive merely based on you wanting to run 2 19nor's together. with THAT said I would have to STRONGLY veer you away from Tren at this time. Tren is an AMAZING compound and DEF has its attractive qualities but is NOT for the novice AAS user.
Test/Deca, on the other hand, is a much more acceptable cycle to run in ur early cycle history.

I am 6' 225 and 29 yrs old. Been working out for almost ten yrs. I have run 6 cycles in my life but never long enough to get the full potential out of any of them. It wasn't until recently that I rly started to research to create the cycle I desired for my goals. I want to bulk up and cut up the newly gained mass. I was thinking of running the sust and deca the first half.of.cycle then tren and sust the second half......

(IMO) ur trying to do too much at once. (u can't bulk AND cut) i understand ur reasoning, its just flawed (unless you wanted to use NPP in front and tren a in the back, but I'd still advise against it)

(AGAIN IMO) I think you should consider going simple:
*Dial in ur diet
wks 1-12 sust 500ew (i'm assuming THIS is what u have on hand, if not go with test (e)or(c))
wks 1-12 deca 400ew
*adjust diet
wks 13-14 test p 100eod
wks 11-12 clen (and up ur cardio)optional
PCT

THEN on ur next cycle cut with an 8wk short ester cutter

Thank you so much for your.help and quick response! I will take your.advice. should I break the sust up into two times a wk bc of the short ester? And what should my diet be like? I have always just gone for the.most unhealthy foods for.as many calories as possible and I know that is totally the wrong way to approach it. My eating habits.are horrible. If it wasn't for working out so hard I'd be a blob Haha
