So I am having trouble getting my dosage right with my Letrozole, so im putting and end to it. put in an order a few days ago for some Exemestane, and it should be here today or tomorrow. my question is this; how long should I wait to start my Aromasin dose after I stop my Letro. read the half life is between 2 and 4 days. any advice?

E2 was pretty low there, thats probably why your libido is off. You want it to be closer to around 30 from what I understand.
im taking about 6.25 mg of aromasin ED. any suggestions on how to get me in the 30s?
Bloods are the only way to know for sure. Im still new to all this also. Everyone aromatizes at a different rate obviously. Getting the correct level will just take playing with the doses, staying consistant and then getting tested to see where your levels are at. But 6.25 ed is a good place to start I think. If u feel better id say stick with it and gets the bloods to confirm. If you are still having issues maybe cut back to 6.25 eod for a week or 2 and see if things improve.
that's what i'm going to do. since my bloods are recent and I was on the aromasin for 5 days before I got them done, im gonna cut back on the aromasin and try an EOD dose, and see how things work out for me like that. thanks for the response yo.

so I switched my Letrozol to Aromasin and things are better. However, my libido is still a little off; But I was finally able to get my bloods done last Thursday (P.M.L). I'm 8 pins in now, but was only 7 pins in when I went to get my bloods done. Just wanted to post my results and get some feed back on it please.
