Current Cycle
So this is my first post. I’ll be honest about the cycles I’ve had and where I’m at now.
I had tried a single cycle Pro-Hormones and the PCT it came with in high school. It was like 8 weeks on cycle, the last four of which was PCT and the last two weeks of the cycle was only PCT, no PH.
Got back in the gym later. Regularly going to gym and actually trying to put forth effort starting in 2016. Stayed natty for a bit. Hit the cliche goals everyone wants too (bench 225, squat 315 whatever).
After being consistent with going to the gym I tried one of Steel Supplements Pro Hormone stacks. It was okay for that time. Properly PCT’d and went back batty.
After about 6 months natty, started with SARMs. Did SARMS for a little bit. About a year and a half In total.
Then tried first cycle of Test Prop 100mg Every 2 Days, Proviron every 2 days and AI (Adex)every other day. This cycle lasted 8 weeks. I properly PCT and after that started Test E. At 200mg every 5 days with the same AI protocol. This lasted for a good while. Been using it like TRT.
Now I’m Doing Test C at 250 every 5 days with an AI (sticking wil ADEX but used nolva as well when waiting for more adex). I’ve run Tren E for about 4 weeks total. Quit because of the side effects and I could tell I needed a prolactin inhibited (cabaser).
Recently got good PCT products: AI and Cabaser. Looking to do a bulking cycle once I finish this slow and steady recomp. Working my weight down from 200 (in Jan of 2021) down to 175, currently sitting at 184. I watch my diet like a hawk and track food and macros using the MyPlate app.
Looking for feedback. I’m not the best at this. I know. I’m not a pro. I know. But I feel I have made somewhat reasonable choices and haven’t tried blasting anything crazy.

I mean you didn’t make terrible choices. So you tried tren before nandrolone though? I’m curious what side effects you had that made you think it was prolactin related. I’m fairly certain prolactin sides are generally pretty uncommon and personally I’ve never had an issue. If you keep your estradiol in check usually prolactin will never become an issue. It’s very downstream
I was using an AI (Letrozole) and then started to get sensitive nips and added and shortly there after switched to ADex. I though maybe I had a weak or under dosed AI from that source. It persisted. Got kind worse actually. They were sore. Like even wearing a seatbelt could be uncomfortable. I had seen on the YouTube channel for Thomas OConner (“the anabolic doc”) that prolactin increase from Tren was possible. I didn’t have any cabaser on hand so I just quit it then. About 4-6 weeks in total. I tried to taper down on the way out.
In retrospect the true test would have been to add a SERM (I’ve had clomid before with other compounds) and see if that did the trick. But I broke the rule of not having all possible PCT / ancillary I could foresee needed.
Sounds like a recipe for a fried HPTA. Get off the gear do a PCT and get some bloodwork done to see if you are able to salvage your HPTA. You are still young and don't want to have to be pinning for the rest of your life.
Thanks for the advice. Any advice for bloods? As stated I’m not prescribed it, as other may be, so I’m not too sure what my options for blood work.
privatemdlabs or labsmd for online bloodwork. Get the female hormone panel at a minimum and anything else you want to check.
RustyhookerThis lasted for a good while. Been using it like TRT.
So 31 and broken?
I wouldn’t say so. At least not at the moment. And certainly not before. But I know that I have a hefty off cycle and PCT coming up. And I am aware that there are long term effects that may or may not be mitigated from effective time off and such.
I only started using it to see what I could get to on cycle. I haven’t used anything other than test (at 250ish mg every 4/5 days depending on off days and so on) in months.
