Eastbeast38Go by body fat. The lower the better 20 and under is the way imo.
If you are fat the first thing to do is dial in your diet. Eat clean, chicken, Tuna/fish, a little red meat, nuts, veggies, a little grain here and there and hit the gym hard!! If food noise is an issue then look into Reta, Semaglutide, or tirzepatide. Then after your body fat % decreases to around 15 or lower then you can do a Test only cycle for your first cycle.
BMI is compete bullshit and should never be used. Someone who is shorter and has thick muscle will be considered obese on the BMI index. Its trash never use it.
This is a great response! I do have quite a bit of noise! I took a test only cycle last year and made some amazing gains. I was thinking about hoping on Tirz and trying to cut some baby fat and hit the gym harder.
Tirz works great. Loss a little over 40lbs in 5 months. Not much happened in the first month as it built up and then bam, 10 pounds a month.
How many mg per week and how long?
I did SubQ twice a week. Start at 1mg a shot for 3-4 weeks. At the month mark your body is saturated and the weight really starts dropping. That’s also a go point to start to bump up as needed. Highest I ever had to go was 2mg a shot (still twice a week).
Splitting up the shots reduces your chance of sides. Never had GI issues, it can make you lightheaded now and then but it’s usually not bad.
After how many weeks did you end? Also what was the initial mg of the vial?
I got a 300mg kit > 10 vials, 30mg each.
I ran my weight loss cycle for 5 months. I will still do 1-2mg once a week for health benefits. There are a few and I don’t remember all of them but it helps regulate blood sugar.
Dang a kit? I sent you a friends request.
Be careful who you order a kit from man because there is a source on here that is ranked high and they have been selling junk and under filled vials. They have kits in their name.
100%
BMI is junk! It just compares weight to height. So, if you heavy due to muscle mass and average height your BMI can be in the unhealthy range.
Body fat % is more what you want to watch. The higher your fat % is, the more likely you’ll aromatize your test into estrogen and that’ll cause unwanted side effects.
