-2 Blood work after cycle - Low Lh

ad

Hey this is my first post on eroids, but I've been reading posts for years! I'm 24, and did two cycle in the past. The first one was test E only @500mg/week and the second one was Test E/Tren E/Tbol with very little sides during cycle. My pct ended on May 16th, and I'm off since that date (15 weeks total). PCT was clomid (100/100/50/50) and nolva (40/40/20/20). Hcg was ran during cycle @500iu/week until PCT. Libido decreased after cycle, but I was on a low carb diet + cardio + caloric deficit for weeks. Libido is back to normal since my diet is back at maintenance.

At the end of my cycle I was up by 18lbs., and I few weeks later I started a slow cut for 12 weeks. I kept a decent amount of gains. I've been on low carbs for a while, and diet is at maintenance for 3 weeks already with moderate carbs. Libido decreased after cycle, but I was on a low carb diet + cardio + caloric deficit for weeks. Libido is back to normal since my diet is back at maintenance.

I'm in the starting blocks for a new cycle (test E/Npp), but first I did a blood work to see what's going on.

Results are:

LH = 0.9
FSH = 5.05
Estradiol < 25
Total test = 321

The rest of the numbers looks great.

I need your experiences to help me understand these numbers. I don't understand why the LH and test are low while FSH are still in mid-range.
Could I start my new cycle (Total of 12 weeks test E 600mg/week - 10 week NPP 400mg/week) and stay off cycle for a full year, or should I wait a few more months to start the cycle?
If so, any advices to rise that LH/Total Test?

You've clearly done some damage here and you are thinking about running another cycle again. Wow, unbelievable! You are too young to be screwed up like this so the only smart move like others have said is to get to a doc and try to get things back in line. Hopefully they can get you straightened out or it is a sad turn of events for your life long health and well-being.

Stop doing steroids immediately You're 24 years old, have two cycles under your belt, have a test level of 321, and think it's a good idea to do another cycle? My old man is 66 and his natural test at his age is more than double yours.

You're a young man, you have a long future ahead of you (shorter if you continue to use compounds excessively and prematurely) and many gains to make in the kitchen still.

Hold off on AAS, go to your doctor, wait until your body has fully recovered, get more blood work done.

This is serious stuff, and can do serious damage.

The right thing to do is not start a new cycle. Clean diet and train naturally for awhile. Give your body time to correct itself while feeding it the tools to do so. Recheck in 6-12 months and decide at that time if a trip to endo is necessary. Youre still young and the body can do amazing things if its allowed to. Natural whole foods and exercise.

Right, the previous comment definitely changed my mind to wait for a while. By starting block, I meant that I was ready to get back on cycle when every numbers would be back in a good range.

Even though I'm not on cycle now, would a clomid/nolva protocol be useful? I still have Hcg on hand too...

trying to fix this on your own with stumbling around with your own meds is not a good method to go about. you need direction and to be overseen by a professional, an endo

I hear you, and I'll go see an endo. I'm in the US for a while, and I'll be back in my country (where medical costs are nothing compared to the ones in the US) in several months. I'm proactive and not in denial, my question was "can I do something until I get to see an endo?"

its best to hold out until you see an endo. anything else just risks the blood results being altered and may prevent the endo from getting accurate readings

Thanks for your help, appreciate it

so... you're only 24 and you've run numerous cycles including harsh compounds like 19-nor's and you're surprised by your lab result? you may have done some permanent damage.... you need to be making the "staring blocks" for seeing and endo, not a new cycle with ANOTHER 19-nor. don't mean to sound like I'm lecturing you but you are making some really bad decisions. this is why we promote the minimum age for anabolic usage to be 25.
youre headed down a path that will inevitably lead to lifelong trt. take it from me, trt blows and its not as great as it sound to some. nothing will ever be as good and normal as adequate natural production. please make an appointment with an endo and don't run another cycle.

I'm not surprised by the result though. I don't mind you lecturing me! However I'd be glad to get advices too instead of "you're stupid, you're screwed"! The endo advice is noted, thanks!

guess I just have a short fuse when I see people making decisions that lead to life long trt. I just got dealt a shit hand on genetics, that why I ended up on trt. trt is no fun dude and making gains at your age quicker through anabolic use is totally not worth the hassle and frustration of exogenous hormones to try and lead a normal life years down the road when you cannot produce proper hormones on your own...
