+ 1 Blood test results. Feedback wanted.
Just got my bloodwork back at week 4 of my cycle. Currently running 500 mg/week of testosterone (250 mg Monday / 250 mg Thursday) and 4 IU HGH before bed.
Overall I feel good. The only noticeable side effect so far is a drop in sex drive. On my TRT dose of 200 mg/week my libido was very high, but on this cycle it feels down maybe ~40%.
Looking for some overall feedback:
How do the labs look?
With estradiol at 122, does it make sense to consider an AI, especially given the drop in libido?
Anything else stand out as concerning or worth addressing early?

If you’re still having trouble keeping e2 under control try switching to aromasin. For me personally arimedex doesnt do anything to keep my e2 under control I still get flares when I run 1mg a day but with aromasin it does a way better job
Everything is good except your e2 and HDL. You are going to want to do something with that e2 before you start growing tits
Your libido is low because your estrogen is so high. Once you knock that down a bit it’ll come back roaring

Yes take an Ai and knock that estrogen down some, it's ok to be a little elevated but not that high. Also your libido, get some HCG, do 300iu to 500iu twice a week. You will be ready to fuck a guy or girl in no time.
After about a year of just trt my libido started to drop off. Adding hcg put my libido through the roof, had to increased my anastrozole to compensate. I think there is something to the neuro-steroids that are produced through stimulating the PTA.
So my e2 was 108 and I jumped on an ai 50mcg anastrozole 24h post test inj and a 3rd day between my test inj. 2 weeks post libido still shot. Im on 500mg test c on last week of 8 week blast. Candidate for this HCG or will it crash my e2?
HCG will raise your E2 thats why you need to keep an Ai on hand as well. HCG though makes your body produce its own Testosterone while on gear and keeps your balls full. You will be able to get off normally while on it.
