Wow. Blood test today. First time I ever done oral AS; and had lab today, came back all out of whack. High cholesterol, enzymes all messed up. I researched and supposably this is normal, thus I will continue and once cycle is over I will be back to normal I suppose? Anybody ever had this issue? I guess I can eat mikl thistle and eat a little more healthy?

Anonthink of it this way...the TIME OFF should be determined by your TIME ON.
You should have been on milk thistle or liv52 and a fuck lot of fish oil from the get go. Clean diet things will go back nicely I would also be worried about your hdl just work to get that back up. Orals do that bro
Okay I really appreciate it. i am going to buy some liv 52 today. I cease all fast food as well.
High Cholesterol is almost always associated with AS, especially orals. What is your cycle history? You mentioned last year things were fine - did you take AS prior or during that last test? Mine always comes out high on a cycle and goes back to normal after. But high cholesterol runs in my family too. Some people are just more sensitive than others.
I do about 3 a year, generally long. This is my first time on orals though
Could you post the results, because there are lots of things in a blood test that could be out of whack. I am guessing you are talking about Liver (alt/ast) because of your mention of milk thistle?
High protien diets/not drinking enough water/supplements/definately oral steroids/ reg steroids/ tylenol/ alcohol/muscle damage (from workouts) can all cause these numbers to jump. Also Hepatitis C can cause them to be out of whack
Depending on how high your numbers are, it can take almost up to a year to get numbers back to normal and if you keep putting stress on your liver, it can only cause more damage..........
TxBigBoyExactly what he just said, this is why we take an appropriate amount of time off steroids to allow our bodies to restabilize. But yea it would help to post your results I'm sure some of the guys on here can help you understand your levels better.

Maybe someon will chime in on the LDL and HDL here in a bit. only reason i know so much about liver is i had mine come back wayyyyy up there and i researched/talked to doctors about it. my sgot (ast) was like 96 sgpt (Alt) was 107. Everything else was normal. Thought i had severely screwed my self up. So had to quit cycle. Stoped taking any kind of meds, alcohol, slowed down on drinking protein, and took milk thistle to get it on down

those are not very high
well I feel better. My Doc made a big deal out it; cause last year they were "excellent"; but last year i was not doing orals
AnonShould have told your doc you were on roids...A lot of people are pretty open with their doctors..they'd be able to better monitor you if you tell the truth, although they might not be too happy.
check this guys progression over 7 months in this link. the first set of blood work he give is sort of hard to make out but the other reports will make sense.
