Let me explain.. HCG acts as the stimulus your pituitary needs to start LH/FSH production which is why people use it "ON" cycle.. to prevent from being 100% shut down.

So, when its time to cycle off, you cease use of the HCG.. now, the pituitary has no stimulus.. therefore, it crashes..

HCG would actually be the CAUSE of the HPTA crashing..

HCG is the "stimulus" that jumpstarts LH production in the pituitary, so once you seize use in the PCT, it wouldn't be able to reach that stimulus level, and crash yet again.
